smart suit, warm clothes for mild Indian winter, shorts, jeans, shirts and T-shirt, casual shoes, medicines,

Tips: Do’s
1. Wear formals for industry trips, remain clean shaven and hair nicely combed.
2. Relax at the traffic confusion, flight delays and program delays in India. There are always reasons including lack of system, winter fog and bad traffic. Keep your sense of humor and remain flexible for frequent, almost daily and last minute changes in the schedule.

4. Respect, greet with Namaste and stand up for teachers, speakers, hosts when they enter your class room or meet you and clap to appreciate as they leave. Always have a nice word for India and your hosts.
5. Follow our instructions, time punctuality and read cases and readings, web research and prepare well in advance for classes, case competitions and industry interactions. Always ask questions and answer questions. Thank and appreciate them for meeting you.
Tips: Don’ts
1. Do not expect it to be a premium paid vacation or India tourism trip. It is a travel study course on a lowest possible rate as you are a student. Please do not imagine luxury or comfort all the time.
2. Do not compare too much with comforts of your home, country, family, expectations, promises etc. do not fuss about the hotel, rooms, food, attractions, small expenses or prices or other inconveniences. Do not talk it down to your teachers, hosts, guests, fellow citizens, students, speakers or industry people you get to meet. It is considered bad manners. We will take periodic feedback during the program.
3. Do not stay up late night at computers/ TV/chatting/ web surfing. Do not sleep late nor appear unclean, tired or uninterested during lectures, events and industry programs.
4. Do not walk out alone or in dark or talk to strangers for too long. Do not buy food from roadside stalls or mobile canteens. Not that they are bad, but your system may not be accustomed to such delicacies
