Meeting Assistant, an Outlook Add-in developed in C# by ExxonMobil. It’s a map of the buildings divided by floors. It displays the availability and specifications of rooms, such as how many people can the room support, what

kind of projector it has, if it is ready for Video Conference, etc. It then transfers the selected room to an Outlook Meeting invitation, ready to be booked by the user, should

they choose to continue with the meeting. Built entirely on C# with the foreground displaying as XAML files and the room specifications contained on an

XML file. I inherited the support of MA with 7 buildings already live, 2 behind deadline and 10 additional buildings in the

pipeline. At the end of the development project the tool was populated with 19 buildings 3 weeks before the go live.Technologies utilized: .NET, XML, SQL, and Windows.

Customer Service Analyst / Senior Customer Service Analyst 2009 - 2012

ExxonMobil Business Support Center Brazil Provided broader support to customers, level 1 support teams and sometimes to level 3 support teams. updated many others with new business rules. Maintained the batch process of 3 insurance products by repairing stored procedures and monitoring the Job’s

Soon after I learned Java through self-study and due to my dedication I won a position with the team responsible for the Agency Kit software, used in HSBC agencies to demonstrate and sell Insurance products. Created the front-end of new Insurance products. The system was built using MVC, where the View was HTML with XML, the Controller was Java and the Model

was C and SQL. Performed Unit test for the new products I developed. Performed user and stress test for the products designed by my peers.
