The advanced back office system provided by Saxo Bank facili-tates the continuous, real-time monitoring and management of client trading accounts.

Multi-hierarchy account structureSaxo Bank enables partners to establish and manage their own individual and independent account structures for retail cli-ents, institutional clients and for Introducing Brokers and their clients. For increased flexibility, all asset classes can be defined on an account and user-level. This multi-hierarchical approach provides full transparency for monitoring overall business activity as well as specific trading and commission generating activity at sub-account levels.

Client Configuration Manager (CCM)Among the practical benefits of the partnership with Saxo Bank is the state-of-the-art Client Configuration Manager (CCm). This application enables the partner to establish com-mission, pricing and margin groups (for instance, Retail, VIP and Institutional) and then assign individual clients to the ap-propriate group. It is therefore ensured that only specific users will have access to specifically chosen modules. Saxo Bank will train the partner on this technology so that there are no inef-ficient communication delays or technical impasses to impede rapid client account set-ups. All client information is the sole property of the partner. Saxo Bank will only view account numbers or client ID numbers; the Bank’s focus is on the net position of each partner at the omnibus account level.

partner Margin – nettingA special advantage for White Label Partners is the ability to net client positions on an omnibus account level, should it be allowed by law. For example, if one client holds a EuR 5 million long EuRuSD position, while another client is short EuR 4m on the same cross, this will result in a EuR 1m long-position. In this case, EuR 4m is netted and is now net-free equity on which the partner can earn interest on or use for their trading, if permitted.

Web ConnectClients have access to a real-time Account and margin Sum-mary. This information is also available to partners through Web Connect, an automated system that automatically calculates the margin and process stop-outs based on flexible, pre-defined levels.

This tool can be used to perform risk management, as it is easy to see which clients are on or close to margin, to moni-tor overall exposure on the omnibus account or on individual client accounts and to monitor all activities – such as trading, connection activity or dealer chat – on client accounts. Web connect functionality is available on both demo and live trad-ing accounts and contains information like connection and download history that can be helpful in terms of marketing strategy.

Saxo Bank supplies partners with more than 30 different types of reports, detailing information such as amount of executed trades, number of open positions and active accounts and profit and loss calculations. Partners can easily view data on trade activity, commissions and interest through a dedicated White Label Partner website system.

real-Time risk ManagementSaxo Bank also facilitates real-time risk management, allowing the client to access a continually updated margin account summary. This information is available to the partner. The system also automatically calculates the margin and handles stop-outs based on the levels defined by the partner. The margin call profile is predefined by the partner.
