ABC Music & Me can be adapted to include a variety of needs, from the typically developing child to children of varying abilities, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental delays, hearing or visual difficulties, or Down Syndrome. Music can be used as the vehicle to reach all children.

ABC Music & Me uses music to teach children of all abilities language and verbal development, social-emotional skills, and more. The program’s four levels actively engage students struggling with development of vocabulary, auditory processing, and comprehension. Teachers use the supplemental "Strategies Guide: Meeting Special Needs," which suggests activity adaptations for children with particular challenges.

ABC Music and Me is designed to: • improve language skills and verbal development
