• Hours were to have been completed by April 11th .

• If you have completed the hours, go ahead and have your mentor fax your forms to Mrs. Nicely. Due April. 15th .

• Mentors were contacted last week.Check with your mentors.

PORTFOLIOS

• DUE APRIL 22nd COMPLETED !!!

• Teacher Committee will check for content the week of April 25-26th.

• If portfolios are not turned in and a grade given by April 25th, you will not present. You will be removed from your assigned Board Room.

• Room Assignments will be given to you on Monday April 25.

• Check your assigned room. DO NOT wait until the day of the Boards.

• Plan how you will present, where you will put your product and how you will show your visual.

• Test your PowerPoint on the computer to be used in that room.

CHECK ROOMS

Board Day• Portfolio—place in the CORRECT Board

Room box located in MC. Must be in the box by 3:00 pm.– Include 1 extra copy of your Letter to the

Judges• Report to the cafeteria between 5:45-6:00

– Be sure you check in with an English teacher.

• Do not “hang out” around the Media Center

• At 6:15 pm, presenters will report to their Board Rooms.

• First presentation will begin at 6:30 pm.
