WHAT IS TITLE IX? Title IX is a federal law that prohibits sex–based discrimination on college campuses. The University strives to provide a safe campus so that all students can do their best work within MSU Denver’s educational environment. TELL THE UNIVERSITY

MSU Denver strongly encourages prompt reporting of any information related to sexual misconduct—including sexual assault, harassment, stalking and dating and domestic violence. Regardless of where an event occurred or who was involved, share the information so that we can provide support and enact applicable policies.

Filing a report with MSU Denver is separate from reporting to law enforcement, and MSU Denver can support a student in reporting to both the University and law enforcement.
