Wing Commander Anupam Tiwari graduated from Assam Engineering

College in 1996 in electrical engineering (with Honours and topper of the

batch) and a certified licensed “Power Engineer” from Central Electrical

Authority, Govt of India, to operate and maintain Thermal Power Plants

& associated switch gear of 100 MW and above ratings.

A “Green volunteer” from IIEE-New Delhi with MSc (Disaster

Mitigation) from Sikkim Manipal University. He was appointed as

“Radiation Safety Officer” Level-1 from BARC –Mumbai for Nuclear

Emergencies for defence installation from 2004 to 2010. He is also a

“Life Member “(L-209735) of IETE- N Delhi with degree from AMIETE

(Electronics &Telecommunications).

He had received M Tech (Modelling and Simulation) degree in the year

2009 from Applied Mathematics department from Defence Institute of

Advanced Technology (DU) –Pune. Till date he had published 20

papers on Antenna, Fractals applications and Mobile Communication in

reputed journal/national and international conferences

In the field of Aeronautical Engineering he had received PG diploma in

Aeronautical Engineering in year 1998 and has a vast 15 years of field

experience. He was associated with BEL (Bangalore) with its mobile

communication equipment installation and Alca-Tel Lucent for 3 G

WCDMA network wireless technology.

His area of interest are Modelling and simulation, antenna, Radar,

wireless and computer networks.
