ALTITUDE TRAINING/RUNNING

1. Increase Endurance2. Increase Strength and Speed 3. Avoid Fatigue4. Improve Recovery

TEAM BUILDING

Our Goals will be to set/accomplish the following:

1. Set a clear unity in purpose.2. I want the group to be self-conscious about our own

practices/workouts; our expectations/product. 3. Set clear and demanding performance goals.4. I want each individual to carry his or her own weight; the

importance of competition; everybody achieves not just participates.

5. Have the leadership of the team shift from time to time; family feel.

LEADERSHIP 1. VISION: What are our goals?2. MOTIVATION: Be inspired.3. EMPOWERMENT: The opportunity to succeed

is given to them everyday. Will they take it? 4. TRUSTWORTHINESS: Is our effort consistent

with our beliefs? Do we believe in each other?5. RISKS: Are they willing to trust their abilities?6. FOCUS & FOLLOW THROUGH7. HUMOR: Let’s have fun while working hard.

• FUEL: $72.00– 5-6 TANKS OF FUEL PER VEHICLE? – $60.00/TANK X 2-3 VEHICLES? – $1080.00– IF 15 STUDENTS ATTEND, $72.00 PER STUDENT.
