COMPREHENSIVE DATA COLLECTION

When connected to welding equipment, WeldEye collects welding parameter data (voltage, current, wire feedspeed, gas flow), and utilizes the data to calculate heat input and average welding speed. The data is importedstraight into the system in digital format. In addition, the welder can use the WeldEye reading device to scan bar-coded information such as welder identity codes, WPS numbers, filler material and shielding gas batches, or evenproject-specific weld IDs.
