YCS Vision (How are we going to get

there?)• Safe

Creating and supporting environments that ensure both physical and social/emotional safety.

• Student-Centered Decisions about processes and procedures are made in the interest of what is

best for student learning and achievement whenever possible.

• Collaborative We believe in synergy (the whole is greater than the sum of the parts). People

working together to hammer out the details can do more than any one of us can alone. We work to include processes that support collaborative efforts.

• Partnership We consider and welcome the knowledge and information parents, students,

and community leaders possess and include them in the process of achieving the mission.

Twitter, email, Instant Messaging, Kick, Instagram, etc.
