Important Reminders

Accessing Your 401(k) & PSP Account OnlineAfter the blackout period ends, you’ll be able to access the site directly at netbenefits.com. If you’re an active employee, you can also access NetBenefits through @myHR. After you complete your registration on NetBenefits and log in the first time, you won’t need to enter your username and password when accessing NetBenefits through @myHR during subsequent visits. However, to ensure the security of your information, you’ll be required to enter your username and password before making certain 401(k) & PSP transactions on NetBenefits.

Beneficiary DesignationsIt’s important to designate beneficiaries for your 401(k) & PSP account. Otherwise, in the event of your death, your account balance would be paid automatically to your spouse if you’re married, or to your estate if you’re not married.

If you’ve already designated your beneficiary(ies) for your 401(k) & PSP account, your beneficiary information on record will automatically transfer to Fidelity. After the blackout period ends, log in to NetBenefits and select Profile, then Beneficiaries to review, update, or designate your beneficiaries.

Communication Delivery PreferencesAny communication delivery preferences you currently have on file with YBR will not transfer to Fidelity. After the blackout period ends, when you log in to NetBenefits for the first time, you’ll be prompted to enter your preferred email address. To ensure that you continue to receive important account information, please provide your preferred email address during your first login experience. To change this email address at any time (or to elect U.S. mail), select Profile, then Preferences on NetBenefits.

Outstanding LoansIf you’re paid bi-weekly, your outstanding loan will now be repaid over 26 pay periods per year. After the blackout period ends, log in to NetBenefits to view your loan terms and conditions, including your new payment amount.

Updates to 401(k) & PSP Contribution Rate ChangesCurrently, when you change your contribution percentage, the change requires up to two pay periods to take effect. With the move to Fidelity, changes you make to your contributions will be effective sooner—either in the current pay period or the next pay period, depending on when you make the change. Changes received before the payroll processing deadline for the current pay period will be effective immediately; otherwise, they will be effective in the following pay period.

Dividend ReinvestmentIf you invest in the K-C Stock Fund and elect to receive dividends in cash, any dividend less than $10 will automatically be reinvested unless you have a bank account on file. If you have a bank account on file, all your cash dividends will be deposited to your account via electronic funds transfer.

To set up your bank account:

• Select your 401(k) & PSP account from the home page.

• Select Electronic Payments from the Quick Links drop-down menu on the right side of the page.

• Select Designate Bank Account and follow the online instructions.
