you take responsibility for your own actions and behaviors along with coming ready and prepared to work everyday.

Start of Class Procedure: • When you enter the classroom,

please go quietly to your assigned seat and get out your materials for the day

• Start on your Quick Start which will be posted on the board. This should occur before the bell rings.

• If you finish you assignment early sit quietly until the other students have appropriate time to finish.

• On some occasions their will be no warm up. In this case sit at your desk quietly. “No Wonderers”

rings. You will have limited time on your Quick Start, so

make sure that you get started right away. If you finish early- sit quietly, read a book or work on

Cell Phones

I Pods And MP3sNo I-pod or Mp3 players allowed in use

in the classroom during instruction or presentations. Ear Buds are only allowed when you are completing individual assignments (not group work) and when you have completed all class assignments for the day. If you use your phone as a music device you should not be using it in any other way (Texting, Social Media, Games, etc..) If you are unsure if it is ok to listen to music or need to utilize the web for a class assignment please ask me by raising your hand.

Make up- work Policy If you are gone for a parent verified absence or excused school activity, you have 48 hours in which to submit assignments missed. Long-term (assigned with two weeks prior notice or more) projects, assignments, tests, etc., do not apply to this rule. Long-term projects and essays are due on or before the original due dates.

– If you have any missing assignments beyond the 48-hour submission time period (for any reason), you may still turn in your assignments. However, you will only have 2 weeks after the assignments' original due dates in which to submit them. In addition, these LATE assignments will only count for a maximum 50% of the original scores you would have received had the assignments been on time. After the 2-week time period, no late assignments will be accepted for a grade.

1. Each student is only allowed one pass a week.

2. To go the restroom, simply raise your hand placing your thumb up, if passes are left on the board and I will release you.

3. You must go to the next door restroom.4. When you go to the restroom I will stamp

your comp folder. You have 5 passes per semester

passes, wanders in the halls, goes to the snack bar, or is meeting friends at a particular time, he or she will lose her those privilege .

evaluated on your work but also work ethic and interactions with others in the work environment.
