Kindergarten Schedules

• Heat Schedule August 19- August 30* 8:00-2:00

• Regular Hours * 8:40-3:15

• Shortened Schedule (SIP Days)* 8:30-12:30

• Early Dismissal * 2:40

Eagle Folders

• Lunch Money* Lunch costs $1.85, Milk is $.35

* You may pay daily, weekly, or monthly * If you send cash, please include your

child’s lunch number on the outside envelope

* If you send a check write the lunch number on the check

* Your child will not be allowed to have hot lunch after a $-6.oo balance.

Eagle Binders (Cont.)

•Notes From Home * Send any notes from home in the parent- teacher communication pocket

of the Eagle Binder* Please allow turn around time

•Bus/Car Rider Notes* MUST have a note for any change in current status-SCHOOL POLICY* All bus changes are taken care of through

the office* If your child normally rides the bus and you

are picking them up, they MUST have a note

• All three kindergartens will be ordering classroom t-shirts as soon as possible.

• We will be collecting money at a later date.

Classroom Supplies and Treats

• See the attached supply list from your child’s classroom teacher

• Your child’s teacher will send home notes if any additional supplies or donations are needed

• Birthday treats can be brought to school, but they must be store bought

• Snacks may be sent to school with your child at any time to share with the class during snack time

• Beach towels will be used for rest time

• The towels will be sent home to be washed on Friday and returned to school the following Monday
