• Everything we do in life has consequences. Consequences are the things that happen to you when you choose not to follow a rule.

• This is what will happen if you choose to violate one of the classroom rules:– 1st time – Warning– 2nd time – Move seat– 3rd time – Detention on X at lunch– 4th time – Call home– 5th time – Office referral

Tracking Your Behaviour

• In order to help you make responsible decisions. I will use a chart to track your behaviour.

• You start a clean slate every week. Consequences will be enforced only for the repeated violations committed during that week.

• If you reach the 4th step two weeks in a row you will be referred to administration automatically.

• I will recognise students who choose responsible behaviour, by having no violations for two consecutive weeks.

• When the fire alarm sounds the following must occur:– 1 person will be asked to close both windows and blinds– 1 person will be asked to turn off the LCD projector– 1 person will be asked to lead everyone out to the fence– 1 person will be asked to turn off the lights and shut the door
