Product Processing and Turnaround • Products are typically processed within 15-30 days of receipt

Credit Timelines • Initial credits per return arrive around 4-6 months after the processing stage is completed • It may take up to 12 months for the final credits, issued per job, to arrive

Direct Manufacturer Checks • Manufacturers may choose to send direct checks in place of wholesaler credit • While we are not in control of credit issuances that come from manufacturers, Pharma Logistics provides the most current information regarding which manufacturers will send your facility credits directly

Job Closures • Our reconciliation staff will actively pursue manufacturers for credit after the close of job processing in the Pharma Logistics warehouse. We pursue all credits up to 12 months after processing is complete • An email notification will go out once your job has reached the 12-month period of reconciliation • Once your job has reached 12 months, we will refund your service fee on the dollars not collected as a credit towards your account with Pharma Logistics • At no time will the process exceed 12 months, unless requested by the customer
