Why is it important? ID card / passport Administrative procedures: - Affiliation (ex: to health insurance) - Travel booking - Etc. Identity check to avoid identity fraud (already happened)   Degrees Qualifications check : degrees might be required by some client for big calls for tender Administrative procedures (ex: work permit request)   Criminal record Responsibility of the employer if it has employed a terrorist and not checked his/her criminal record Clean criminal record required in some sectors (ex: pharmaceuticals or airspace industry)   Bank account details + RIB Administrative procedures: - In France/Switzerland: family allowances; - In Belgium: health insurance - Etc. Your opinion matters! Why is it important? Labour-only subcontracting / illegal subcontracting: you are Amaris employees! Salary Invoicing Social indicator: we have a low turnover rate compared to the industry (around 10/15% depending on countries compared to 30/35%) which explains also our fast growth. Keeping employee motivated and following they are is a key.

ABSENCE (1)

SicknessWhen you are sick, 4 steps:

1. Go to Declare Sickness in Absence Request to inform your manager and HRO

2. Send an email to inform your Client3. Go within 48 hours to My History to upload a medical certificate and update your sick leave end date if necessary4. Automatically your TimeSheet will be updated taking into account this sickness period

You see as many lines as Projects (P1, P2, P3) you have in the monthFill in each field to be able to download a complete MPR

Comment ( not displayed on MPR) : these comments are MANDATORY if the “Nb Days Worked” and the “Nb to Invoice” are different : so you can indicate to your manager why they are different

Compliance is important for us, because our directors & CEO are the one legally responsible. In most competitors, responsibility is so diluted that nobody cares

Fill in your Expenses in the application

Only expenses allowed by your Manager will be taken into consideration

By the 5th of the following month at the latest create your expenses report in the application:

Click on “normal expenses” to enter the expenses detailsYou have to select the currency of the receipt when filling the detailsFor each receipt you will arrive on a new windowEach expense has to be supported by a receipt uploadedReminder: your manager has to validate it online!

Why is it important? Required by law to have original receipts in most countries We pay in real time (lots of company have delays of 1 to 4 month in reimbursement, we do in real time) If reinvoicing is forgotten, in the end, it is a cost
