Students can take advanced credit exams to receive Purdue Credit for select undergraduate courses. Exams cannot be

taken for elective credit, they can only be taken for credit in a course that is required by the student's plan of study.

Your advisor must give you a completed Mathematics Advanced Credit Exam Authorization Form before you can register

for an exam.

Credit exams are not open to students who have received a grade in the course (or an equivalent course) or are

currently taking the course (after the first exam). Students with W in a course are permitted to take the credit exam.
