Dear colleagues and partners, please find some important news about the implementation of the CASSIDA and FM food grade lubricants. NSF White Book Listings: As you know, we have been discussing with Shell and with NSF about how to show our costumers that the CASSIDA and FM lubricants now belong to FUCHS LUBRITECH while we are at the same time still selling these products in their original Shell packaging and labelling. Now we have come to an agreement which fully meets our and our costumers' requirements and of course is in line with the agreements of the acquisition project. Shell has confirmed to keep CASSIDA and FM products listed in the NSF white book as long as we are allowed to sell these products in the original packaging and labelling. At the same time now NSF has finally agreed that all the Shell CASSIDA and FM products which have been listed so far under Shell will additionally be listed under FUCHS LUBRITECH GmbH in the white book. That means that if you are looking for CASSIDA lubricants in the white book listing you will find them under Shell and under FUCHS LUBRITECH and if you click on a certain product out of this range you will be automatically linked to the original registration letter of Shell. Please don't be confused that some products are listed which you can not find in our price list. This is due to the fact that there are still some registrations available of products, which already have been terminated by Shell prior to the acquisition or, on the other side, which have not yet been launched by Shell prior to the acquisition. We decided to take over the full listing as published with Shell in order not to make this process to complicated, because this would have stalled this project completely.

CASSIDA Intranet: Another important information is that the CASSIDA Intranet will go live within short. In the next days you will receive a separate mail informing you about the access to this specific website. With this new service we will provide a lot of useful information about the food grade lubricants business, the food division and our activities around the world. You will find a section where you can easily download information sheets and safety data sheets. In a technical section you will find training presentations, case studies and a food blog providing background information about food and food lubricants. Furthermore there will be a section providing you with marketing related information like logos, press releases and other brochures and documents. And last but not least there will be a section about the FLT food division providing information about our global setup, all the contact details of our global food people, as well as a list showing you which FUCHS company is in charge for which country. We are sure that this intranet access is very useful for your daily business and it will provide a lot of information which will even help us to optimize our global exchange of information within the world wide food lubricants team. We ask you to make frequent use of all these information and check the contact details as well. Please inform us if we need to add more people from your local organisation or if there are any relevant changes in the area of your responsibility to allow us to keep the information provided always up to date.
