Pathway to Success in Promotion- Review

1. Identify your 5 most significant pieces of work since last promotion

2. Choose appropriate “area of excellence” from manual related to the 5 pieces of works above (Research/CPA/Teaching and Education)

3. Prepare CV – emphasis on peer reviewed and invited work

4. Write careful reflection statement for chosen area of excellence

5. Letter to Chair clearly and concisely outlining your strengths and accomplishments

6. Prepare a list of potential external and internal referees (neutral reviewers) however- do not speak directly to them about your intention
