the Jesbelt a weigh feeder is built around an isolated weigh bridge with 4 pcs load cells and an automatic belt tension.this technical design creates excellent stability, accuracy and linearity in the operation of the weigh feeder - Benefits which are supported by the possibility to approve the JesBelt a according to the eu directives oimL r50, welmec and mid for purchase and sales.

the Jesbelt a is equipped with a high signal rate incremental encoder (tacho). the tacho is mounted to the idle drum of the conveyor, thus continuously monitoring the speed of the belt and alarming the operator by the slightest irregularity in the operation of the weigh feeder.

the conveyor belt is fitted with plough shaped scraper on the inside of the belt. the scraper ensures that any adhesive material is removed from the belt thus not influencing the weighing accuracy.

the weighing section in the JesBelt s is inserted in the construction as a roller mounted on 2 pcs load cells. this construction provides excellent stability and accuracy, and together with the high signal rate incremental encoder (tacho), a perfect operation and reliability in the daily use is achieved.

JesBelt D

JesBelt D – compact simplicity

modern process industries are often characterized by the lack of sufficient space. with its simple and compact construction, the JesBelt d provides a perfect alternative to insert a reliable weigh feeder in positions normally not accessible.

the Jesbelt d consists of a conveyor belt suspended in two supporting profiles. the belt runs on high precision turned end rollers and stainless belt running plates at inlet and discharge. the belt is provided with an adjustable nylon scraper which effectively cleans the belt at the discharge roller, and the belt is guided by a height adjustable edge guide.

for multi purpose adjustment possibilities, the weigh feeder is supplied with a heightadjustable weigh bridge between the side members and running plates.

the load over the entire width of the belt is metered by a single-point load cell, which in combination with a high signal rate incremental encoder (tacho) providesoptimum signal accuracy to the weigh amplifier. to provide optimum weighing accuracy the belt is continuously tensioned through theautomatic and gravimetric belt tension.

the JesBelt d is available as an open version or built into a dust tight housing with easy removable cover, providing simple maintenance and quick belt replacement.with the JesBelt d supplied in a housing, the belt drive motor is isolated from the potential dusty environment by being mounted outside the housing. the weighfeeder housing is supplied with flanged inlet and outlet ready for installation.

the JesBelt d weighfeeder is available in stainless steel, coated steel st.37 or in a combination with product wetted parts in stainless steel.

the JesBelt K weigh feeder is specially designed for the food industry. compared with traditional weigh feeders, the JesBelt K design is considerably simpler, as the weighing part is inserted into the actual construction, and by means of two single point load cells, excellent stability and accuracy is achieved.

the weigh feeder is designed for use in the food processing industry. this means that the weigher is constructed in modules and is very service friendly for cleaning. the belt can easily be demounted, and all rollers can be dismounted and washed. the weigher is as standard carried out in aisi304 stainless steel.the JesBelt K is designed to meet current market demand taking the greatest possible consideration to material character, weight and the surroundings.

the weigh feeder is applicable for many applications requiring a built-in weighing function. with great accuracy, the JesBelt K can work with different materials such as fish, meat, and vegetables. with the JesBelt K range of weigh feeders, problems with stability and accuracy are minimized as there is no zero offset due to product deposits.

the construction principles of the JesBelt K weigh feeder has moved the weighing part from the end of the belt and inserted it into the actual construction. the conveyor belt can be replaced without dismounting the actual weigher.

JesBelt F - Heavy duty and versitile

the JesBelt f weigh feeder is based on the lever principle and therefore well suited for applications with coarse, granular and dust like bulk materials with high temperature and/or abrasive characteristics. due to the rigid and sturdy construction the JesBelt f is suitable for heavy duty application industries such as weighing of e.g.: sand – gravel – lime – coal– rubber – waste and glass. the JesBelt f can handle product temperatures up to 160°c with a short peak temperature of 200°c.

the JesBelt f weigh feeder is designed to be simple and thereby easy to service. the design also allows project designed weigh feeder, thus makes it possible to adjust the weigh feeder to existing process lines and it provides a good alternative to the traditional belt conveyor with belt scale.

Flexible rim

to avoid any process fluctuations due to product being stuck between the belt and guide panels, the Jesma weigh feeder can be supplied without guide panels but with a 40 mm flexible rim instead.

Scrapers

the belt can be mounted with a spring loaded scraper on the outlet. the scraper ensures that any product sticking to the belt will be removed and thereby not influencing the weighing result.Jesma offers different types of scrapers depending on the product being weighed. Belt tracking switches

Emergency wire stop

to improve the operator safety the weigh feeder can be supplied including emergency stop with wire. the emergency stops are mounted with a wire on both sides providing emergency stop in the full length of the weigh feeder.

reliable accuracyJesTrack

all weigh feeders can be equipped with a belt tracking system insuring that the belt runs perfectly. the Jestrack consists of an electrical actuator which controls the angel of the turning roller. if the belt starts running to a side, a sensor will be activated. the sensor will provide a signal to the actuator which then adjusts the angel in the correct direction.Jestrack runs nonstop but has a very low power consumption. all in all a fantastic solution for companies appreciating continuous operation.
