For the purposes of the online learning I would like to ask the students who can type a response to do so. For students who have problems with typing they may record a video telling me about their weekend. Please try to help them answer who, what, when and where in complete sentences. For example: What have you done over the weekend? Who did you do this with? When did you do it? Where did you go? Lesson 2 News 2 you This week students will read news to you article Corona Virus. We usually read the first time as a class and then students re-read on their own using the self-read function in the article. The article will be followed by a game page. If possible, please print this page or if not just have them do it on their iPads and take a screen shot. Have students circle the items that have to do with the article and cross of the ones that do not. There will also be a review page that is multiple choice. Have your student, independently as possible, answer the questions. Again, print or screen shot please. Finally, there is a think page. Students who are able may write complete sentences to answer these questions.

Lesson 3 Unique learning: Chapter 3 and 4 To access the Unique learning curriculum you will need to use the QR code that was sent home with your student. 1. Open the camera on the iPad 2. Focus on the QR code 3. A link should pop up on the screen 4. Touch the link and you should be taken right to Unique learning. After reading the story there will be some reading comprehension questions. Please have your student answer these as independently as possible, assistance is okay. Lesson 4 Unique Learning lesson 20 measure it: This lesson will be on the Unique platform. Use the QR code log on and scroll down to the lesson 19a addition word problems. Students may need help and direction with some questions, and that is okay using a calculator is fine too. For some this may be more difficult than for others. The real important thing is that your student is learning. If number identification is where they need to work that is more important to me than the amount of problems completed. Also, using manipulatives helps and you have them please use them. Lesson 5 Students’ choice: Student may select an L3 game that the would like to play. They need to complete two games for this day. Wynne GSE Precalculus

This week students in GSE Precalculus will complete a test review, take an actual summative assessment and upload it into Teams, then progress into Conic Sections. This Tuesday's live instruction will consist of students being able to ask questions about the test review and then beginning the assessment immediately following any questions. I will also post short videos in Teams beginning Wednesday where distance and midpoint formulas are reviewed (we will need this for all conic sections in the upcoming days

Students will continue to review for the AP exam through free-response and and multiple-choice questions from actual administered AP exams from the past. Early in the week students will practice free-response questions that emphasize Differential Equations (this was the last topic we learned). Then, students will begin a global review of all topics from the course by practice all multiple-choice questions from the 2008 AP Calculus AB International Exam. Near the end of the week (and the first day back from Spring Break) students will practice general free-response questions from the 2008 exam.

Free-Response questions are due on Tuesday, 3/31.

Students will access all free-response questions via AP Central. In terms of multiple-choice questions from 2008, I will post a PDF of these questions in the "Files" tab within Teams (I will also post the same file to my Teacher IO site as an alternate means for accessing the problems). Students will upload various assignments under the "Assignments" tab in Teams.
