WHAT IS A COHORT?One of the best parts of attending a face-to-face conference is the connections you make with fellow attendees, but sometimes it isn’t easy to quickly make those connections.
This year’s conference is designed to amplify your opportunities to share experiences with fellow attendees who are also passionate about solving industry challenges. Over the next four days, you will experience the conference surrounded by attendees who share your interests and face similar challenges in your cohort.
Cohorts are groups of attendees sorted into five groups based on the topic of interest chosen during registration. The ribbon on your registration badge shows your cohort:
• RED COHORT – TRANSFORMING PATIENT CARE . . . . . .8
• BLUE COHORT – OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE . . . . . . . 11
• ORANGE COHORT – LEADING PEOPLE . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 14
• PURPLE COHORT – STRATEGIC DECISIONS . . . . . . . . . 17
• GREEN COHORT – FINANCIAL MASTERY . . . . . . . . . . . 20
Throughout the conference, there are five formal meet ups for cohorts. At each meeting, there are activities to complete as described on the following pages. There are ACMPE credits available for each of the five formal meet ups.
Make sure you exchange contact information with your new acquaintances and continue the conversations at lunch, breaks and dinner.
