We are a small family run business based in Norwich with many years’ experience of creating bespoke designs of the highest quality.

A wedding invitation sets the scene for your Big Day, at Strowger Designs we will create one to match your own tastes and personalities. There are many approaches to creating the perfect invitation, as every couple is different, it is very important that every design is unique.

You might wish for us to create your own wedding branding, a logo which can be used throughout the lead up to the wedding itself. Perhaps you have a favourite colour scheme or wish to bring in the touches of colour from the bridesmaid dresses or floral displays. You may like to have a beautifully elegant floral pattern with your favourite flower or maybe your tastes are bright, contemporary and funky!

You might want our premium invitation wallet (like the one illustrated on this page) with individual cards personalised with each guests’ name, a map, directions, gift list, accommodation and reply card. Perhaps you would prefer a paperless wedding invitation and take advantage of an e-vite and a website for your guests to use.

The possibilities are endless.

E-Vite

Description:An invite which can be sent to all your guests via email. It features the same design and details as a printed invitation but without the additional costs. This is a great way to save your budget but please remember some of your guests might not have email access so some additional printed invites are recommended.

Letter-style Invite

Description:An A4 invite which can be sent to all your guests via post. It features your personalised design in the format of a folded letter.

Step 1: Getting to Know Your WeddingEach project begins with a proposal for your needs. This is then

followed up with a consultation either by email, phone or in person.

This is a chance to get to know you and your tastes, style and

individual personality. What do you love most about your chosen

wedding venue? What is your colour or theme? What do your

flowers look like? All details are important (no matter how small) and

will help us create your own design.

Step 2: Timeline and Design ProcessA deposit is due before the design process starts and once we

receive this, we will work out a time-line to suit your requirements.

As a guide our normal time-line is delivery of invitations 3-4 months

prior to your ‘Big Day’, with concepts sent 4-6 months prior to

your event (this is flexible and we will happily work to your needs).

We will present a variety of design options for you to review. You

will then have the opportunity to provide feedback and identify

any changes you want to make or new ideas you may wish to

incorporate into the final draft. After we discuss your comments, the

changes are integrated into a revised version that is submitted to

you for approval.

Step 3: Finalising DetailsBefore printing begins you will be sent the “final proof”, this may

be digital or printed, depending on the design. At this time you will

review and confirm that every detail is perfect: the layout, typestyle,

spelling, grammar and punctuation. Please proof carefully, once

you have approved the final proof, Strowger Designs are not

responsible for any mistakes. The remaining balance will be due with

this approval and before the files are sent to printers.

Step 4: Going to PressOnce you have given final approval and the remaining balance

is paid in full, the project will go to the printer for production.

Depending on the time-frame and type of printing methods, it may

take between 1-3 weeks for you to receive the final printed products.

It does not matter where you live in the UK as we work by meeting

in person, over the phone or by email, either way you will adore

the results. Contact us to schedule an appointment, we are

available on nights and weekends as well if that works better for

your schedule. We look forward to hearing all about your wedding

The creation of your bespoke invitations is guided by your wedding vision and designed from scratch. Whether you have a very detailed theme or some simple information, we will work together with you to create an invitation that you will be very proud of.
