• The intended audience of the tutorial is the educational community--specifically teachers. The tutorials are targeted towards those with no knowledge of how computers work.

• The tutorial is arranged in separate sections with distinct headings describing the steps of a desired process. There are screen captures that go along with the bulleted steps. The tutorial would hold my interest if I was in need of understanding the vast functionality of WMP.

• The tone of the tutorial is formal. Rather than adding any color to the procedures, the author chooses to be as simple as possible. Regardless of the dryness of the writing, the tutorial successfully holds the person interested because of how straightforward it is.

• Directions are very easy to follow. All steps that are required to operate certain features of WMP are explained very directly.

• The use of selective screen capture helped in illustrating what buttons need to be pressed and what operations would look like.

• While working on our own process manual, one important thing to pay attention to will be keeping different features separated from each other. Many processes are integrated within other operations. We will have be careful to not confuse the reader when explaining the steps to use a certain feature.
