• The tutorial is arranged in separate sections with distinct headings describing the steps of a desired process. There are screen captures that go along with the bulleted steps. The tutorial would hold my interest if I was in need of understanding the vast functionality of WMP.

• The tone of the tutorial is formal. Rather than adding any color to the procedures, the author chooses to be as simple as possible. Regardless of the dryness of the writing, the tutorial successfully holds the person interested because of how straightforward it is.
