“Export is easy” with Mr. Bhagirath Goswami on 9th April 2020 at 5:30

Bhagirath sir has started session by show his gratitude toward BMU and Dr.Cheta

Desai Ma’am for giving him such a great opportunity. He explained what is export n

what the works of an exporter are. Even he focused on budget for starting export and

he said bank help for funding so that one can start export business. Than had

explained documentation for export and payment mechanisms, also covered How to

select country for export? He even discussed risk involved in export and how to

overcome it? He even explained licensing of products and shipments mechanisms.

He even had shared how COVID 19 will affect import n export?? At last he had

WRITE RESEARCH PROPOSAL”

Bhagwan Mahavir College of commerce & Management studies organized webinar

on develop the ability to write research proposal. The objective of this webinar is to

provide broad guidelines for writing scientifically appropriate research proposal.

Also to give broad indication of what the researcher wishes to achieve in the

research.

With a view to impart research knowledge, Successful Completed webinar organized

by Bhagwan Mahavir College of Commerce and Management Studies on Develop

the Ability to Write Research Proposal by Dr. Ankit Katrodia from North South

University, South Africa. Received a good response from all the participants from

different field of facilities as well as research scholar from world-wide. Successful,

qualitative research proposals should communicate the researcher's knowledge of the

field and method and convey the emergent nature of the qualitative design.

The proposal should follow a discernible logic from the introduction to presentation

of the appendices. During the session he has covered various topics like Components

of a research proposal, Title, Introduction, Literature review, Methodology, Plan -

time frame and schedule of activities, Budget, Details of research team and

References. The title of a research proposal should be concise and descriptive. The

quality of the writing in the proposal is important. Check the following common

errors: (a) Are the sentences too long. (b) Are the paragraphs too long? (c) Avoid

Plagiarism: have you cited your sources each time you express an idea that is not you

own?

The session was full of informative, practical and learning which kept the research

scholar and faculties engaged throughout session.

WRITING SKILL

Bhagwan Mahavir College of Commerce & Management studies organized 4 days

webinar on effective research paper writing skill from 13th to 16th April,2020 Dr.

Keyur Nayak deliver the session. For this webinar Mr. Hitesh Patel, Assistant

Professor of BMCCM taken initiate with the support of Dr. Cheta Desai,I/C

Prinicipal of college. Dr. Keyurkumar M Nayak director of MBA college at Laxmi

Vidyapeet, Sarigam.

Dr. Keyurkumar M. Nayak has started day 1 session and welcomed all the

participants. He has explained about problems in writing a research paper and also

gave important tips for writing effective research paper. Also discussed format of

research paper. Important tips for research like (Selection of type of research paper,

topic, and availability of data methodology, issue and publication) these are the

things which create a problem for researcher. Explained types of research paper on

details with certain examples. Conceptual Paper: It could be something like GST

and Issues & implications. in which you are not applying data analysis technique, not

using complex methodology. Also focused on Thematic Analysis, Case study Base

guidelines related to case study publication. Secondary data base research paper -

Reviewing existing data with the help of literature review Easily available at

companies website, NSE,BSE, RBI, World Bank site etc.

Dr. Kayur Naik has started day 2 sessions. He cover following things- How to

choose best research topic? , He had explained about how to choose best research

topic? Researcher should focus on title. (it should be attractive and catchy. He even

focused on all the main function areas of research and discuss upcoming Areas;

Finance (International Finance, Banking, Insurance and Stock Market), HR

(International HR, Training to Int. Employee, Global Market trends in

HR/Legislation, Global Talent Management), Marketing (Searching Marketing,

Digital Marketing, service Marketing, celebrity brand endorsement) He had

explained social entrepreneurship with two good and real example like vatsaliya,

Dham and Maa Foundation. Research should focused on cutting age topics (In

Respective of your research area of your domain expertise) He also How to Write

Abstract? He even discussed different five elements of abstract. How to write

On Day 3 Session Dr. Kayur Nayak has Started day 3 Session. He has given few

EXPRT SESSION ON TALLY ACCOUNTING

We, at Bhagwan Mahavir College of Commerce and Management Studies,

organized an online session on Tally Accounting Software by Dr. Jamshid Maroliya.

He works as an Assistant Professor at Naranlala School of Professional Studies since

last 13 years. We held the session for B.Com (First Year) students to equip them

with expertise knowledge in Tally Software as it is accounting software. And for

BCom students, learning software of accounting is necessary. The session was held

on 11th April, 2020 on zoom platform from 10:00AM to 11:30AM. Students

interacted with Dr. Jamahid Maroliya about their doubts and queries. And their

doubts were addressed by Jamshid sir very effectively. Total 36 students have

participated actively. And this session moderate by Ms. Priti Mehta, Assistant

Sometime we are tested not to show our weakness but to discover our strength

This lockdown period has surely made us find our strengths and creativity in a

different way! And our students set a great example of showcasing talents in drawing

competition by demonstrating their creativity.

Ms. Rency Desai (Assistant Professor, BMCCMS) has organized the drawing

competition and Ms. Jyoti Mure is the judge of this competition who walked and

extra mile by providing her virtual judgment for the competition. And the 1st winner

is Ayushi jain and 2nd Winner is Barbie George.
