What is Smart Tool?

• The Smart Tool is a platform that enables GET-IT and MAP Centers to manage, monitor and report their training activities in an online environment.

• Only with a few clicks you can generate reports, manage trainings, check the evaluations from previous trainings or print certificates.

• Also you can have access to the follow up surveys from your students

Training/Certification Process

• The Smart Tool allows trainers to manage the complete training process

from training registration to student certification.

• Trainers will be able to print branded certificates for their students at the

end of the training.

• The certificates will be globally branded with your institution logo included

as well as information about the topics that the student completed .

• The certificates will be secured with a serial number.

• The certificate is automatically generated when the student evaluates

the training. The trainer will only have to print it and deliver the certificate to

the student.

Student Follow-up

• The follow-up process will be totally automated. The student will

receive a post-training survey, 6 months after the completion of the

training. This follow-up survey will let us measure the impact of the

training and the program in the life of the student/micro-

entrepreneur
