You could wake up and then remember what you had dreamed about. Perhaps you could keep drifting back into the dream and describing what you are seeing. I’d love to hear what you dream about! Other ideas might be to draw your dreams, act your dream out, write your dreams in a diary, share them with someone at home. Then think into your future. What are your future dreams?
