Key questions

What characters have you met so far? Who is your favourite character? How would you describe them? Can you predict what will happen next in the novel? Make a list of any good wow words you spot

Get creative!

Plan a story. Think about When? Where? Who? Maybe include a problem?

Choose three characters. Remember to use your WOW words (adjectives) to make your story interesting. Write 5 sentences for the beginning, middle and end. Use p.96 of your Word Wizard for ideas or write about a trip to the toy shop. You can write your story about anything you wish. Use your copy and draw a picture to match. We wrote lots of stories in school so far this year.

Right angles- try and find some right angles around your house. Can you make a list?

Number- Remember when you see a number sentence like this

Always do what’s in the brackets first. Then add it or subtract it from whats outside the brackets. Take your time.
