Year: 6 Week beginning: 22.06.2020 Work to be undertaken at home over the course of this week. Each day will consist of one English activity, one Maths activity and other tasks that should be completed during the week. Teacher’s Instructions: Bonjour Classe 6, Here we go, week four is now under way! I hope that you are all well and that you are managing your work still! This week in Maths, you will be focussing on pie charts. You have seen these before but I know it is a tricky one, so make sure that you check out the videos, powerpoints and the tips I have given you, it should definitely help! In English, this week is the final week on the topic of the Kingdom of Benin and you will be making your own information book (not just an information booklet). It is a big task and it will take you most of the week if you do this properly. So make sure you do your very best! Don’t forget to do your RE activities and have a go at the suggested Science Experiments activities, they definitely look like a lot of fun! Have a lovely week, keep in touch and keep safe! You are going to create your own information book.This is a book so a lot of information should be included, such as chapters and subheadings (check activity 1 to help you out)! You need to plan what you would put in it very carefully and use all of the resources you have used so far as well as the work you have done!You have learnt a lot so make sure you show this in your book.Your book should be at least have 5 pages of writing!!! (not including the pictures)Remember that this book is for other Y6 children so make sure that it is clear enough for them to understand.This work should take you all week if you do it properly so put efforts into this…

10% = 10/100 (Divide by the denominator and time by the numerator)200 divided by 100 = 22 multiplied by 10 =20

10% of 200 is 20!
