Nano Disperser, as a brand of Ilshin Autoclave Co., Ltd, which is commonly called High Pressure Homogenizer, means the technology producing nano-size particle of materials. It is more efficient than other dispersion method such as Homomixer, Ultrasonic waves, Ball mill.

When Korea was short of the technology about mixture using high pressure dispersion equipments and various properties of materials, ILSHIN AUTOCLAVE Co.,Ltd managed to develop this dispersion equipments after researching several times. The Nano Disperser what ensures the stability and efficiency is widely used in several areas.

High Pressure Homogenizer (Nano Disperser)

When material(Fluid) is passed orifice module under ultra high pressure condition, supersonics speed is formed by a rapid decrease in pressure.At this very moment, the material can be cell destruction, atomization, emulsion, dispersion, and liposome by impact, cavitation and turbulence shear stress of particle. It is being widely used such as electronic materials, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, food, chemical and cosmetic due to it has better efficiency than other technology such as using homomixer, supersonics and ball mill.

Comparison with our dispersion methods

With different operation method unlike conventional disperse, crushers or emulsion equipments, it can produce micro particle with 0.01㎛ size. No intrinsic physical property change because of constant pressure and instant treatment method for production process (Uniform particle distribution, complete homogeneous, productivity improvement). It provides improved treatment speed because of continuous input of materials for production.Its distinguishable performance and durability due to self developed diamond micro orifice module. Easy flux control and cleaning of liquid contact section when replacement of materials. Easy operation for repetition test and pressure readjustment. Easy to scale up and down of flux to have continuous process stabilization.

The cavitations means the behavior of voids or bubbles in a liquid. If energy is increased, then cohesive power between molecules and a void or bubble in a liquid rapidly collapses, producing a shock wave. It describes the relationship mathematically between velocity of fluid flow and pressure. It also describes the sum of potential energy and kinetic energy is always constant, meaning the case of regulation of complete fluid flow. According to this rule, the velocity of fluid speeds up when it passes through narrow channel and pressure decreases. On the contrary, the velocity of fluid decreases if it passes through wide channel but pressure increases, accordingly.

When the cavitation bubbles collapse, they force liquid energy to very small volumes, thereby impact between fluid particles occurs.

Surface tension, internal friction force in the orifice and shear force in the fluid by viscosity occurs.
