All of the L&P tools are demand driven. They are developed and launched to meet a need and help staff in their job
Conducted a needs assessment survey and developed tools based on the feedback of our customer. 17
Pilots
After understanding the needs of our customers, we developed a pilot in India to test PSI U. Adapted the pilot based on customer feedback iteration phase

The new tool is aligned with existing processes. This helps facilitate adoption.
- Example: Performance and Learning Plan competency wheel and for each competency, suggested courses19
To promote the online university, we created PSI U Voice the newsletter for all students. Here, we feature a outstanding student to show the benefits of the university and also to give recognition. Also adding 3-5 new courses each month to keep interest.

Integration with other tools
Rating systems/ testimonials give customer a voice Cohorts of learners
- Integration with other tools (Socialcast discussions) - Rating system and anonymous comments give customers a voice. Allows for promotion through testimonials. 24
Supervisor Involvement
Supervisors are involved at both the beginning and end of the courses. They can offer support and monitor progress. In addition, supervisors are requested to complete an evaluation to determine the students skills were applied. 25
Champion Training Program
Champion Training. L&P team worked with key influencers on L&P tools. As a result, the participants became champions who promoted the tools locally., solve easy to fix problems , provide us w/ feedback26
