Our technologies

The most recent technologies

We use the most recent technologies, always trying to be one step ahead of the current trends. Our programming is based on the version control system (GIT), supported by the continuous integration (CI) and project management components available in JIRA. Currently most of our projects is made in PHP/Symphony 2. It helps us to deliver scalable solutions, from small to large websites, including complex systems. We are agile!

We are working using Agile methodology, what gives client an opportunity to monitor the outcomes of our work on a daily basis and suggest amendments straightaway. Projects are divided into sprints. Financing through time and material model, causes that the final cost of the project is much lower than the fixed price model. This type of partnership gives us a perfect flexibility and prevents from overpriced quotes, as long as we both – Redexperts and the client, act mature and responsibile while discussing the project’s scope. We listen to your customers!

We believe in prototypes and interviews with your clients. We collect feedback from them, just after we deliver the first version of the product, which is only a few weeks after the start of the project! We are translators

Iteratively We believe in incremental action. In intervals of two weeks we give another working part of the project. Our client sees up to date what happens with the project and can decide which business priorities to pursue in what order.

How do we work?

Transparently We are a partner for the client, not an executor. We can evaluate together, whether the business requirements are jointly implemented by us and the client. At the same time thanks to the transparency of the accounts we are able to react flexibly to customer needs.

We place emphasis on communication The customer has an opportunity to share his time with us in order to create a satisfactory product for him and his business partners. When we develop, we do not close our doors and then show up with a surprise. Working with us is communicating with us on a daily basis to maximise the client’s profit.

Creatively With each increase our team comes back to the project with a fresh approach. While we are working on the project, the business needs of the customer may change . We like constant challenges and new technologies, so that we can always adapt to the customer needs.

With a business meeting

At the meeting you can give us your idea for a product. Tell us,

what is really needed and desirable for you, not what you might

think is needed.

With workshops

We will come to you and we'll show you how we see it. Product

Owners and your teams will participate in the workshops.

We will brainstorm to establish a framework guidelines that

allowing you to determine the scope and priorities of the first

two sprints (increases) and eliminate the risk of the new

requirements which could cause technical problems in

subsequent sprints.

How do we start?

With a prototype

After the first sprint, we provide you a prototype, to see how the

product will look like. You can test an early version of your idea,

verify your assumptions. You compare alternatives. You will have

visualized ideas and you share it with your: users, investors,

customers, teams. You will see that it has a chance to succeed,

and not only hope it will.

Thanks to this you will be able to determine whether you are

"right on target".

How do we start?

With a MVP (Minimum Viable Product)

After a maximum of 3 sprints, we provide you a product with

only the key features for a selected group of recipients. It is a

strategy that allows for quick and efficient delivery of the

product to the end user. We give you a measurable part of the

project. You will be satisfied with something that is already

created and you can use this. Let users test what you get, leaving

valuable comments. Your project will be seen as moving

smoothly towards the goal.

How do we start?

As we code in two weeks long sprints, you pay after we deliver the sprint.

You don’t have to pay anything until we finish the first sprint.

This gives you the opportunity to start the project before collecting all

investements required for it.
