MX600 MILLSIZE BALERHow it works - Produces true mill sized bales which can be taken away by a waste processor providing extra

revenue for the company. The MX600 has a lifting mechanism for discharging the bale directly onto a pallet for

ease of use. Waste retention teeth are fitted preventing spring back of material to guarantee maximum bale

weights are accomplished. Suitable for cardboard, shrink films and shredded paper.

Bale weight for cardboard is well in excess of 465kg.

Benefits - Produces true mill sized bales which can provide extra revenue for the company. Massive feed

opening - Product does not need to be folded prior to baling.

40KG - 300KG SINGLE CHAMBER BALERSHow it works - Single chamber baling presses equipped

with automatic loading door opening. Easily loaded by

hand. Once complete, the bale is automatically ejected,

it has a specially designed trolley to ensure bale removal

is simple and straightforward.

Range of models available, producing bales of 40kg up

to 300kg (depending on materials). Suitable for

cardboard, paper and plastics

Benefits - Easy loading and baler removal

60KG - 200KG TWIN CHAMBER BALERS

How it works - The vertical multi-chamber baling press

suitable for cardboard, cans, plastic and shredder paper.

Range of models available, producing bales of 60kg up

to 250kg (depending on materials).

Benefits - Sliding compaction head makes it easy to bale

two different types of material simultaneously, e.g.

cardboard and plastic.

MINIKUBEThe Minikube is a semi-automatic, horizontal closeddoor baler fitted with sonic startand hydraulic bale door lock. Thebale size is 1100 x 760 x 900mm.

POWERKUBEGenerally fed by hand or byconveyor from the back. With upto 62 tonnes of pressure, thebaler shears material to makehigh density square edge bales,allowing the maximum payloadpossible on a flat bed trailer.Suitable for cardboard andplastic materials. Throughput ofup to 1800 kg per hour. Plasticbale weights of 600kg andcardboard of 500kg.

POWERKUBE PLUSThe middle sized machine in thePowerkube range produces millsized bales of cardboard andplastic. It is ideal for recyclingcompanies and industrial userswith large quantities of waste.The twin cylinder version allowsthe length of the machine to bereduced making it ideal for useby companies who have spacerestrictions. Bale weight is 600kgwith plastic and 500kg withcardboard.

How it works - Produces mill sized bales but its extended loading

aperture allows large items of waste such as bulky cardboard boxes to

be baled effectively. A range of material handling options can be fitted,

including conveyors and bin tipplers. Once the bales are completed the

user is alerted by a flashing light. The bale can then be quickly tied off

and ejected onto a pallet. Completed bales can be taken away by waste

processors for extra revenue.

Benefits - Size of loading aperture I Accepts the largest sheets of
