November 18-19, 2014The AFAP Conference provides an opportunity to voice your concerns related to the Area I Community’s Quality of Life for Soldier’s, Family Members, Retirees, and DA Civilians. Voicing your concerns, experiences, and sharing your ideas on how to improve processes and systems may affect changes not just here at the local level, but also at Higher Headquarters and the U.S. Army as a whole. But it all starts with YOU, and we need your help.

This year’s AFAP conference will require Facilitators, Recorders, Transcribers, and Issue Support, just to name a few volunteer positions. Delegates are also needed, for the critical role of coordinating group sets in reviewing and prioritizing issues which are then presented to the Garrison Commander and Area I Leaders during the Out Brief Session of the conference. Delegates are made up of Active Duty, Officer and Enlisted, Family Members, Retirees and DA Civilians from the Area 1 community; our recruitment efforts are ongoing, please call us for more information.

Look for FY15 Army Family Action Plan Boxes throughout Area 1. We NEED your feedback before October 31, 2014Help us identify and resolve issues and concerns that impact our Army Families.

For additional information, contact 730-3107/3388 or email [email protected]
