-type of communication where a speaker analyzes the audience to determine the content, language usage and listener expectations.

4-journalistic approach-the activity of gathering, assessing, creating, and presenting news and information.

6-scope-the normal functioning area of this subject

4-open-ended interview-is a way to gathering information from people. an interviewer ask questions of a participant, who then answer those questions.
5-situational structure -person or thing in regards to surroundings or circumstances.
