    Control unit

The controlpanel is divided into four function group s:

    1. S ix-digit LED display.

    2. Keys for changing param eters and shifting display

    functions..

    3. Indicator lam ps.

    4. Keys for local operation.

Alldata is displayed on a six-digit LE D. The LED can

show one item ofoperating data continuously during

norm aloperation. There are three indicator lam ps

for indication ofAC line connection (O N ), w arning

    (W AR N IN G ) and alarm (ALA R M ). M ostof the ad-

justable frequency drive param eters can be changed

via the controlpanel. This function can be pro-

gram m ed as Lockedin param eter 018,Lock for data

changes, to prevent tam pering or localdata entry.

    Control keys

[QUICK MENU]allow s access to the param eters in

the Q uick m enu. This m enu is for initial setup ofthe

drive. The [Q U IC K M EN U ] key is also used to can-

cela change of param eter values and to toggle

betw een D isplay m ode and Q uick m enu m ode.

[CHANGE DATA] is used to change a setting. The

[C H AN G E DATA ] key is also used to con rm a pa-

    ram eter change.

[+] and [-]are used to scrollthrough param eters and

to change param eter values. These keys are also

used in D isplay m ode to select a value for display.

The[QUICK MENU]+[+] keys pressed at the sam e

tim e give access to allparam eters by entering M enu

    m ode. See Menu mode.

[STOP/RESET] is used to stop the connected m otor

or to reset the ad justable frequency drive after a trip.

The key can be selected as A ctive [1] or N otactive

    [0]via param eter 014 Localstop/reset. In D isplay

m ode, the display w ill ash ifthe stop function is ac-

If the [STO P/R ESET] key has b een selected

as Not active[0] in param eter 014 Local stop/

resetand there is no stop com m and via the digital

inputs or serial com m unication, the m otor can only

be stopped by disconnecting the AC line voltage to

    the adjustable frequency drive.

[START] is used for starting the adjustable fre-

quency drive. It is alw ays available, but the [START]

key cannot override a stop com m and issued through

term inal 27 or a digital com m unication bus (see con-

    nection exam ples).

    Manual initialization

To m anually initialize the adjustable frequency drive

to factory default settings, rst disconnect AC line

    voltage. H old the [Q U IC K M E N U] + [+]+ [C H AN G E
