MTD und IKA Inline Sensoren sind mit der patentierten opti-color Magnetkupplung und geschlossenem Kraftschlussdurch die Metall-Trennwand ausgestattet. Diese einzigartigeTechnik ermöglicht den nahezu wahlfreien Einbau, dieMessfunktion ist praktisch lageunabhängig.

Abhängig vom Sensortyp kann die Messung ingeschlossenen Leitungen und Druckbehältern (z.B. mitMTD/MF), über den MTD-Messtopf (z.B. MTD/MT) oderdurch offenen Taucheinbau (z.B. IKA/WB) erfolgen.

These MTD and IKA sensors are including a patented clutchsystem with a magnetic contact through the metallic wall ofthe flanges to the liquid media to be measured. This uniquetechnology ensures an almost independent position for setupand installation.

Depending on the type of inline sensor, the measurementcan be realized in pressured pipelines and tanks (e.g.MTD/MF), with pressured pots (e.g. MTD/MT) or dipped intoopen trays/tanks (e.g. IKA/WB).

The latest IKA sensor generation is including the well knownmagnetic clutch for tranfer of measuring signal and can beused as dip type for open tanks/trays as well as with optionalflanges for inline installations.

Further options are an internal cooling of the sensor motorsby a defined air-jetstream inside the housing and the sensorscan be supplied for ex-applications on request.
