During Proto assembly, it is generally observed that due to non-availability of few sections, Dummy Sections are used. These Dummies may be either replacing High Tensile (H.T.) material by Mild Tensile (M.T.) or any Particular Sections by other sections. These dummies need to be identified and marked in such a way that it does not become a part of mass supply anyway.

To check thy smooth fittings of Joints/Members, few members at those joints where more members are bend and joined should be checked for tightening of bolts. Few bolts should be untighten, memers at that particular joint under review shall be removed and then assemble these again as

per drawing. The same procedure shall be followed for two-Three(2-3) joints and should be recorded in tabular form as per following.
