*Entry Forms & Fees received after this date & time will include a $50 (Fifty Dollars) late fee per crew - there will be NO EXCEPTIONS.

Music Deadline: 5.00pm 1st March 2017 *Please note that the Organisers of the event are allowing crews to hand in Music at your Stage Rehearsal. However this means that it can’t be guaranteed that it will be checked and meets the Official HHI Rules and Regulations therefore suggest sending it before the deadline if you want it checked (via email). Regardless if the mix is or is not sent for checking all crews will be required to bring their final mix (on CD or USB) to their allocated stage rehearsal.

Manager needs to be over 18 years of age who is able to represent the crew with full knowledge about them. Only Pages 3 & 4 of this Registration Pack need to be sent in by the above due date. The Waiver Form and copy of their ID brought with you on the day at the Registration check in.

3. Registration Forms must be sent via Post or Email. NO FAXING of Registration Forms allowed.

4. ALL dancers of each crew must individually complete and sign the Dancer’s Agreement, Discharge, Release, & indemnity Form (Page 5). All participants under 18 years of age need a parent/guardian to sign on their behalf. The waiver is for a 12 month term. Waiver Forms and Photo ID’s must be handed in at Registration on the day, you do not need to send these in.

5. Crew Members Proof of Age Identification: Each crew individual MUST present a copy of their Passport/Drivers Licence/Birth Certificate at Registration on of the Competition. Please DO NOT SEND IDENTIFICATION with Registration Forms and Fees.

6. Please ensure Crew Member names listed on Registration Forms are the same as Photo ID that will be presented on the day – if they are not this may result in disqualification of the competition.

7. Crews who withdraw from the competition due to any given circumstances after registration forms and fees have been sent in, will not get refunded – NO EXCEPTIONS.

8. ALL DIVISIONS ARE ALLOWED 1 MANAGER BACKSTAGE ONLY. Junior Division are allowed ONE Manager & ONE Helper ONLY.
