Fellow Employees, Last year was a challenging

year; thank you for your ef-

fort, energy, resilience and

commitment.

As we start this new year

with greater clarity, a great-

er determination to succeed

and a renewed commitment

to provide exceptional cus-

tomer service, we ask just

one thing from each of you –

be BETTER.

Be better in your work –

think creatively, effi-

ciently and get the de-

tails right.

• Be better with our cus-

tomers – in how you pre-

pare, how you communi-

cate and how you add

value.

• Be better with your

teammates – in how you

support each other, how

you communicate and

how you care about

them as people.

• Be better in your

community – in how you

give of your time and

effort to make your

town, city or neighbor-

hood a great place to

live.

• Be better with our

planet – in how you re-

cycle, minimize your

footprint, and how you

appreciate the natural

beauty around us.

• Be better in your re-

lationships out of the

office – in how you

communicate, encour-

age and support.

• Be better to yourself

– in your self-talk, in

your personal expecta-

tions and in your com-

mitment to being all

that you can be. Be

more thankful.

You control how you ap-

proach your days in and out

of the office. Commit to

being better every day.

Learn more. Be more re-

sponsive. Be more connect-

ed. Be more aware. Be

tougher. Be more resilient.

Be more creative. Be more

present. Just be better.

I would like to personally

THANK everyone for their

contribution towards Grim-

shaw’s continued success.

2016 will prove to be a

challenging year but collec-

tively I know we will have a

Productive, Safe and Suc-

cessful year.

Regards,

Gary Leddy

There are many new exciting

technology plans in the works to

make everyone’s job easier, stay

tuned!

We have developed a Technology Plan that will make Grimshaw Trucking leading edge in technology

within the Mullen Group and the industry.

We would like to send out a Big Thank You to all our City P&D Drivers for making this happen. You are a very important part of us moving forward and we appreciate your efforts.

Another accomplishment is our Online Order Entry for pickups on our Website! We currently have

two customers using this regularly. This may not seem like a lot, but this is huge step for us. We are

going to continue to market this and are open to any ideas you may have on getting our customers to

use our website.
