“Leaders Forums” Annual Meetings (2009-2012) served as recognition event, communication of yearly strategies and trainings to teach both the behaviors to support the initiatives and product knowledge for multiple sales divisions.
• Over 5,000 participants; 3 day / 2 nights. 3,200 flights
booked.
• Included General Session, Closing Session and Regional
break-out stage presentations .
• Vendor show featuring over 100 vendor booths.
• Each attendee enrolled and completed four classroom
learning sessions.
• Organized free-time, non-mandatory Team building
activities including celebrity autograph sessions featuring
Richard Petty, Danica Patrick, Jimmie Johnson and others.
• Came in under budget and received highest all-time survey
scores from both participants and vendors.

Media Achievers Events Annual event (2002-04) served as recognition, training, and reward for national retail sales force; Event encompassed a year long program of sales training and sales contests to leverage traffic during peak periods.
• Over 1,800 participants (900 winners + guests), for 4
days / 3 nights in Hollywood, CA.
• Coordinated General Sessions, Awards Banquet with key-
note speaker, participant choice of 5 recreational activities,
Vendor show with over 120 Entertainment vendor exhibits,
celebrity autograph signings, room drops, and recognition
prizes
• Booked guest speakers (Quentin Tarantino, Will Smith, Ice
Cube, etc.), and private concerts (Fleetwood Mac, Foo
Fighters, Goo Goo Dolls, Counting Crowes, Jason Mraz,
Alanis Morissette, etc.) for attendees

Virgin Megastores New Product Sales Training Sessions
Developed Virgin Megastores complete Sales Development department, aligning Communications and Training divisions with Field Event initiatives to execute the introduction of new product lines (Electronics and Apparel) and the behavioral skills and technical knowledge needed to sell them • Included multiple rounds of 1-day sessions in most major
markets
• Coordinated all efforts including content creation,
delivery, new merchandising and display implementation,
vendor presentation coordination, support materials
management and logistics negotiations and contracting
• Implemented Vendor Support strategy to fully fund event.
• RESULTS : incremental sales vs. run-rate in new
categories produced 5% improvement to return vs.
labor dollar spent driving over $10M revenue and
$3.5M margin per year.

training sessions in 56 cities over a 5 week period.

• Responsible for content and presentation
development, all Hotel/F&B/AV budgets and
