• CV screening interview with by the Ombudsman• Step I: the person selected is proposed company,
followed and flanked by the same broker in all these stages;
• Step II: meeting with the company contact person by the person selected;
• Step III: The person chosen will take from there his career working Like:-through activation internship supervised and monitored by the OmbudsmanOR-through job placement
Preformation (Project AIDA)
STEP 1:Children participating in school laboratories and territorial always followed and monitored by the consultants of targeted employment.Inclusion of participants with a database continuously updated;Diploma of higher secondary school;STEP 2:location of job placement company inclusion in a targeted employment;By the school to work: orientation, controlled and monitored by tutors, for internship and / or entities (200 hours total);STEP 3 (scenarios):3.1 Conclusion of the report;3.2 Start of a formal training organized by the Province;3.3 Inserting business;

A concrete example (case history)
Within the project AIDA a girl of 29 years (subject disadvantage with intellectual disorders) has undertaken a training course for pre-training (200 hours of work at a shelter facility for elderly and physically disabled);Once the training period, the girl was activated formal training in the Province for funding;January 2010: The path has been successful because it is in the process of recruitment.

Other measures in favor of Disability
Presence in all four employment centers with computer equipped with technical aids (touch scree, touch me Braille, arm viewmaster gas monitor) to allow free access for the disabled.Agriculture social inclusion of people with mental disabilities, in consultation with the social services specialist, used as agricultural tasks.Social Facilitator : training to create figures of support for people with psychological problems, for conduction of self-help groups and the creation of pathways to support the person. Support and advice to associations, trade unions, disability, dealing with disadvantaged people;Collaboration with Ce.s.di. (Research Center antidiscrimanzione) that deals with discrimination and protection of persons discriminated against.

The “Informarecomunicando” project(“to inform by communicating” project)
Territorial service claimed by the Province of Pisa to increase the quantity and quality information of each individual citizen, interested in everything 'that offers' social and health sectors "in support of integration and opportunity', to reduce the gap created by the social situation.
Construction of a frame of reference that can serve as a support to institutions and organizations operating in the territory.
Realization of an online service for distribution through the internet
