1. INTRODUCTION: With the help of this application, IB Group Employee can change or update their Email/INET password.
It is non - accessible to Non IB Group employees, as it only works with Indiabulls domain username.
This application will be accessible from inside and outside of Indiabulls network.
It is mandatory for every user to update their mobile number and security questions in INET database to use this
application.
Without security questions and updated mobile number, this application will not process your request for password reset.

2. MANUAL GUIDE
This manual is divided into two phases:
2.1. Security Questions & Answers Update in INET.
Step 1(INET portal access) Employee can access INET portal to update or change security questions/answers as shown in the below Screen shot.

Step 2 (Security Questions) User need to answer any 5 questions as shown in the below screen. (Note :- Any five questions are mandatory).

Step – 3(Successful update message) Click on Submit.
System prompt the message :- Click on “OK” as shown in the below screen.
Step – 4(Mobile number confirmation) User need to confirm Mobile number where OTP will send.

Step – 5(System Prompt Message) System prompt the message :- Click on “Yes” as shown in the below screen.
Step – 6(Enter username and password) After submitting these security questions, it integrates with the user name and password.
Out of these questions any two questions will be asked at the time of password reset which has been described in below screen.

2.2. Email/INET Password Reset
Step – 7(Password Reset Login) In case of forget password, user will use web URL https://prss.indiabulls.com to reset/update his/her password.
Input your user name and click on submit, For reference, please follow the below Screen.

Step – 8(Employee Basic Details) After submitting, application display the employee basic details as shown in the below Screen.
Step – 9(Verify Basic Information) In this step verify your basic information :- User name, SAP code and mobile number. In case of any error please update your information in
INET (Employee details Section). (Note :- INET is accessible only when you are in Indiabulls network.)
Answer two security questions as shown in the above Screen 6 and click on Submit.
To change the security questions, click on Refresh button as shown in the above Screen 6.
Also, you can click on “Back tab” to start over.
After submitting the security questions and answers, below Screen 7 will be displayed.

Step – 10(Security verified message) System prompts message “Security questions are verified. Now Generate OTP.” - Click on “Close” as shown in the below Screen.

Step – 11(OTP verification) A six digit OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number in INET and system will prompt a message as shown in the below Screen, after
this click on “Close”.
Step – 12(OTP verification) Enter the 6 digit OTP in the space provided as shown in the below Screen and click on Submit OTP.

Step – 13(Password confirmation) User need to enter the Password and confirm Password, as per the Indiabulls Password policy and click on Submit. For reference, please follow
below Screen.
Step – 14(Password reset successful message) After submitting, the system prompts a message “Password has been reset successfully”. This means, user has successfully reset/update his/her
password. For reference, please follow the below Screen 12.

Step – 14(successful service uses) Now user can use Indiabulls services like emails/INET with new password.
