Register Your Account-First Time User To register an ePayment account for the first time, click on Click Here next to First Time Customer link:

Enter all the requested information. Please Note: If your account number is 00123-4567, only enter 1234567. Do not enter the lead zeros or dashes.

Enter the required fields (Email, Phone, Username, Password, Confirm Password) and Submit Registration. Please note: The password should be between 8-20 characters. It must include at least one of each: uppercase letter, number, and special character (choose from: #, $, @, _, !).

Now, if you receive this popup message then the account is currently active. This means that you have already activated the account or the account was used to make payments and you will need to re-register with the login information. You will be re-directed to the registration page to complete your login.

Logging in to your account Enter the User Name and Password, accept the Terms of Use and click Login.

Once successfully logged into the system, the dashboard will display. Use the dashboard to pay one or multiple invoices, see any future recurring payments to be paid, see your payment history, or contact customer service.

Retrieving Forgotten Username and/or Password In the event you have forgotten your Username and/or Password, it is very easy to retrieve.

To retrieve your Username, click on Forgot Username. Enter the email address associated with your account. Your username will be emailed to you. Please note: If you have multiple accounts, the email you will receive will include all usernames that are associated with each account.

To retrieve your Password, click on Forgot Password. Enter your username and account number. A temporary password will be emailed to the account that is on file. Once you have accessed your ePayment account, you are encouraged to go to “Settings” and “Change Password” tab to update your password.

Navigation in Your Account Dashboard Once you log in, you will be immediately taken to your invoice dashboard. Use the menu options on the left to pay one or multiple invoices, manage your auto-payments, your accounts, view your payment history, edit general settings, or contact customer service. To view the details of a particular invoice, find the invoice in question within the invoice list and click on the magnifying glass. To pay that invoice, click on PAY.

View and update your log in and contact info Once you log in to your online payments account, you can view or edit your Profile by clicking on Settings from the dashboard. Only the email address and phone number can be updated from the “My Profile” tab.

To change the password, click on the “Change Password” tab. Type the new password and also confirm the password. The password must be more than 8 characters, contain letters (at least 1 capital letter), and at least one number and one special character (@,!,#, etc.). Then click on Update.

Make a One-Time Credit Card or eCheck Payment To make a one-time payment using a credit card or an eCheck, first select the Invoice you wish to pay from the Invoice List by clicking on PAY.

To make a payment follow these steps:

1. Verify the invoice amount is correct. Note: you may make a partial payment on the invoice by editing Total Amount to Pay field.

2. Select Account if you have pre-saved payment account info and press Continue. If not, select the payment method you wish to pay with by selecting the appropriate icon and fill out the requested

information and press Continue. (If you do not see your preferred payment method, ask your vendor to request it for future purposes).Then fill in the requested payment method information and update the Billing Address if it is incorrect (it must match the address on file for the payment method you chose).

3. If you would like to save your payment information on file for future payments, mark “Check the box if you would like to save payment method for the future use” under the Billing Address before continuing. If you do not check the box, your payment account will not be stored and you will be required to enter it again for your next payment.

4. If you would like your vendor to automatically debit all future invoices, check the “Set Automatic Payment for this recurring invoice”. Once complete, click Continue.

After clicking on Submit Payment, verify all your payment details are correct. If that is the case and you agree with the charges, click on Pay Now.

If approved, you will receive a popup with an authorization code…

You will be redirected to the Payment History tab.

An email confirmation (to the email on file) will be sent within 15 minutes of completing the payment. Please see the example of the payment receipt that is emailed to the customer.

View Payment History You can view the summary of your payments by clicking the Payment History tab from the dashboard or reviewing the Recent Payments section on the bottom of the dashboard.

The Payment History will recap all of the payments that have been processed, approved or declined.

To export payments information, click on Export to CSV.

To view the invoice details, click on Invoice Number.

If you want to see additional details about a payment, click on the magnifying glass. Transactions Details will pop-up. Here you can also print the receipt.

Cancel your recurring payments To view the recurring payments that you have scheduled, select Manage Auto-Pay tab. To cancel you the recurring payment, press “Cancel”.

View or Delete Saved Payment Accounts To view credit card or checking/savings accounts you have saved, select “Manage Accounts” from the dashboard. Please note: If you would like to delete a saved account, click on the “Delete” button beside the account you would like to remove.

Manage your payment receipts and notifications You may select which payment receipts and notifications you do not want to receive by accessing Settings tab, Notifications subtab.

To review the status of submitted help ticket, please access My Help Tickets tab. Pressing on the hour glass icon will display all communication for this ticket between you and the merchant.

Logging Out To logout, select “Logout” from the dropdown selection menu in the upper right-hand corner under your name.

Making a Quick Payment Once you have received an invoice from your Vendor, you can make a payment without logging in. Simply select Make a Quick Payment. If you decide to make a quick payment, click on the Make a Quick Payment button.

Key-in your Invoice Number and the details of your invoice will appear. Then select your payment method, fill out your billing information and click on Continue. If you like to create access for your online payments account, check Create username and password for future use (Optional) and enter username and password. After clicking on Submit Payment, verify all your payment details are correct. If that is the case and you agree with the charges, click on Pay Now.

Confirm the payment information and enter the security code on the screen, then click “Pay Now”.
