$108,000 is the average yearly income for an established, full-time USANA Associate. $35,000 is the annual average of those who earned as little as one commission cheque each month. Total earnings include commissions, leadership bonus, matching bonus, contests and incentive compensation. The number of full-time Associates who have maxed at least 1 Business Centre during the year equals less than 1% of all Associates. Those Associates earning as little as one cheque a month and associated with USANA for more than six months equals 3% of all ordering Associates. If you include all 135,590 ordering Associates, which includes: Associates not actively building a business (acting as wholesale buyers), Associates who just joined (as little as one day), and those who are just beginning to build their customer base, the average yearly income is still $873.25 with nearly one in three earning a cheque. To date, USANA has had more than 200 global Associates become lifetime Million Dollar Club members.

Peter & Bibiana Pauwashington, USa
“thank you to our team! they are precious.”
though Peter and Bibiana Pau have proven to be incredibly accomplished business builders, they know that personal development never ends. “Every leader has a weakness in some area,” Bibiana says. “You must always be a student.” When the couple became 3-Star Diamond Directors, they immediately began making plans for their 4-Star Diamond Director advancement. “We needed to solidify our business,” Bibiana explains. “We focused on the people who want to be successful with this business. We found these people and mentored them—they have the determination to build.” They have discovered the right combination for advancement: “You set a goal, find the right people, and get the right timing—then you can raise that bar to the next level.”
Recently, the couple attended the Diamond Emerald Ruby Retreat in Los Cabos, México. “USANA arranged an excellent retreat,” Bibiana says. “They treated us well and gave us more knowledge to become leaders of leaders.”
Much of this knowledge came from coaching and training sessions with the CEO and co-founder of the Direct Selling Women’s Alliance, Nicki Keohohou. Bibiana loved Nicki’s emphasis on communication. “Nicki chooses the right words,” Bibiana explains. “This is a people business, and you need to communicate with people with the right technique. The wrong words will create misunderstanding and hurt your business.”
Now that the Diamond Emerald Ruby Retreat is behind them, the Paus are looking forward to Success on the High Seas. “It takes teamwork to win the cruise,” Bibiana says. “You cannot win individually—you have to work together with your team.”
The Paus are very grateful to their team, the USANA management team, and everyone at the USANA corporate offices for their support as they find new ways to become even better leaders.

april LondonUtah, USa
“i want to represent what USaNa is about. in 20 years, the company has never let me down.”
Not many Associates can say they’ve been with USANA for 20 years, but even two decades ago, 2-Star Diamond Director April London knew this was a company she could believe in. At only 18 years old, her decision to jump into a USANA business required a huge amount of trust. But that trust was only one piece of the puzzle. April was also determined to earn her success no matter what, knowing she’d have to constantly keep her eye on the prize.
“Like any 18-year-old looking to pay for college and get a good start in life, I was all about making money,” April says. “That was my sole focus back then, but now, my outlook has changed slightly. Sure, the financial rewards of this business are incredible, but over time, I’ve grown to appreciate USANA’s amazing products. They’re not just the reason I’ve become so successful—they’re also why I feel so great 20 years later.”
Over the years, a lot about USANA has changed for April. With three children, she’s had to take on a business strategy that allows her to spend enough time with her family while still making progress with USANA. Although she admits that this can be a struggle sometimes, April has learned to utilize whatever time she has to keep her business growing.
“What I’ve noticed with successful Associates is that they aren’t really doing anything right or wrong,” she says. “What truly matters is that they’re out there doing it, not getting caught up in the little things. At the end of the day, it’s their willingness to do whatever it takes that makes them so successful.”
April is one of those Associates who is ready to overcome any obstacle, because with 20 years of experience behind her, she has plenty of reason to push forward.
“This whole experience is an avenue for me to change the world and live the lifestyle I want,” she says. “USANA has allowed me to do all of this and more.”

Jordan Kemperillinois, USa
“i believe USaNa continues to set a pace that allows me to build a solid business.”
USANA Associates are familiar with the titles they earn as they move up the ranks. Each is prestigious in its own right. But as U.S. Independent Distributor Council (IDC) member and newly minted 1-Star Diamond Director Jordan Kemper will tell you, success doesn’t reside in the rank. “People don’t follow titles. They follow courage.”
Rank advancing has never been on the forefront of Jordan’s mind. His desire for overall team success overrides any title or accomplishment, and Jordan’s drive to see his teammates push themselves is at the top of his to-do list every day. “I have never been one to chase the title,” he says from his home in Chicago, Illinois. “But I focus on building because it is the right thing to do. If you build correctly, the titles will come.”
Jordan’s hope for the future is simple—help USANA become a billion dollar company. “I can’t wait to see that happen. I know if I, along with my teammates, continue to share USANA’s vision, it is going to happen,” he says.
As one of USANA growing leaders, Jordan is constantly expanding his business. And he stresses that successful building comes down to one factor—effective prospecting. “In 2012, I went back to the basics and spent most of my time finding new leaders and the remaining time, training,” he explains. “For my 1-Star Diamond Director run, I actually didn’t tell the team what was going on until the third week. And, just like I knew they would, they rallied together in the middle of the Chicago XRC and made it happen.”
Jordan’s enthusiasm for health and success is apparent to everyone he comes in contact with. “I have been all over the world as a USANA Associate,” he says. “Whether I am growing my business or training, each experience has been incredible. There is no doubt in my mind that USANA is what I am meant to do.”

Becky & craig Lawsonontario, canada
“advancing was definitely a team effort. we aren’t just Diamond Directors—we are a Diamond team.”
Becky and Craig Lawson know what it takes to become leaders in USANA: hard work, determination, and a strong team. But these Diamond Directors will also tell you that it takes having a vision and, more importantly, being open to experiencing what they like to call “miracles” in their business.
The miracles during each week of the Lawsons’ Diamond run made it possible for them to successfully accomplish this new prestigious rank. “Of course we make a plan,” Becky says. “But Craig and I always try to challenge ourselves and face things, and we don’t necessarily know how they will happen; that’s when we make miracles a trusted part of the plan!”
One thing Craig and Becky do know is that the established and upcoming leaders on their team are just as excited as they are about the new rank. “This title is not ours alone,” they explain. “This run wasn’t about getting us to Diamond.
This was a run for the team, and everyone was a part of this advancement. We are a Diamond team—not just a Diamond distributorship.”
The Lawsons believe that having a passionate team is one of the greatest contributors to their success. And that energy is always exhibited when they reconnect at International Convention. “I love how International Convention really shows us the big picture and ignites a fire within everyone,” Becky says. “It is pretty exhilarating to see that happen to your teammates.”
These two new Diamond Directors are grateful for their continued success, and they continue to stress the importance of internalizing the vision of the USANA family. “Our vision and mission is just like the USANA promise—to love life and live it,” they say. “And we look forward to continuing to cast the vision and mission in the hearts of our teammates.”

MillionThe Road To aAs six successful Associates exited a stretch Hummer limousine in front of USANA’s Home Office on June 5, 2013, it all be-came real. They were Million Dollar Club (MDC) members. And they were now
part of the most exclusive group of indi-viduals in the USANA family.
After years of hard work, their day had finally arrived. But this day didn’t signify the end for these Associates. Instead, it was
just one more step on their USANA jour-ney. And while each distributorship started in a different place and took a different set of directions, all roads ultimately led to USANA and, on this day, the MDC.

Dr. Steve AnDreA HrYSZCZUK
& Dr. Steve and Andrea Hryszczuk never ex-pected to get into direct selling. They held more traditional careers—but that was be-fore they were introduced to USANA and decided to veer off their conventional path.
For Steve and Andrea, being members of this prestigious club isn’t about the money, but instead the time freedom to create memories with their four children. “This never really was about making more money to me,” Steve says. “It was about the ability to control my schedule.” And these Diamond Directors will never stop introducing USANA to others. “We love the USANA opportunity,” the Hryszc-zuks say. “We have been given a lot, and we have a lot to be grateful for. And we know we have been given something to share with others.”
They hope others can see that even if you start out on one road, you can make a de-tour if you want something more. “If you don’t have good health, enough money, or free time, you are missing out,” they say. “USANA is one of the rare companies that delivers all three.” And the Hryszc-zuks understand the significance of what they’ve accomplished: “Being members of the MDC is a true honour, and it is a vali-dation that this business works!”

Rena nong Ren PeRRy Chong
&It took 10 years of taking USANA’s prod-ucts before Rena Nong Ren and Perry Chong realized USANA held a viable business opportunity. When they grasped this idea in 2009 and became full-time USANA Associates, they quickly sped through the ranks: Gold and Ruby in 2009, Emerald and Diamond in 2010, and 1-Star Diamond in 2012. Rena and Perry credit their success to personal de-velopment—and becoming members of the MDC is another step on their way to the top. “To be an MDC member is a milestone of our USANA business,” they say. “It is not our destination.”
Perry and Rena followed varied career paths before deciding to start their USANA journey. Perry worked as a real estate agent, and Rena was a city plan-ning engineer, Japanese language teacher, and interpreter. But Rena took a chance and chose to work USANA full time at the age of 53. “Of all the jobs we’ve had, only USANA gave us the power to help people in need of health and financial support,” Perry says. “USANA changed us from working for ourselves into work-ing for people around us.”
Becoming MDC members is validation that their self-improvement is working, and now, they strive to help others achieve their same level of success. “We know that everything we do is to constantly improve ourselves into better people in order to help others,” they say. “USANA has given us the best opportunity to practice our character-improving life journey.”

The deteriorating health of Qiuping Bar-bara Dai’s mother made Barbara reevalu-ate her life. She was already impressed with USANA’s products and the science behind them, but she finally had a reason to tell others about them. “I knew I had this great company and products to share with others, and I wanted to make a dif-ference,” she says. “USANA was my way of doing that.”
The Emerald Director had been on the USANA journey, steadily growing her business, but it came as a surprise to her when she was notified about becoming an MDC member. “I am so very grate-ful for Dr. Wentz, this company, and the teammates I work with,” Barbara says. “They have all provided me with many great things in my life.” While growing her business, she also grew intellectually as well by completing a master’s degree in acupuncture and Oriental medicine. “I know USANA is something I want to do for the rest of my life,” she says. “You need both health and wealth in your life, and thanks to USANA, you can have both.”
Despite the bumps on her road to the MDC, Barbara has realized that the struggles she’s faced on the way are what have made her successful. “If you allow yourself to follow your dreams and are persistent,” Barbara adds, “I know you can become an MDC member as well.”

Christa Realba’s days are filled with more than just business. “I don’t want to miss the little moments in his life,” Christa says referring to her three-year-old son, Curtis. “There are no
limitations to the time I spend with him or my husband, Mike.”
Time is one of the greatest rewards Christa has found in USANA. And the timing and strategy of her Ruby advancement was something she couldn’t have figured out without the help of her USANA
teammates and USANA Director of Canadian Field Development, Ved Nikolic. “He helped me realize I needed to think globally and work locally,” Christa shares.
Having a positive attitude and working hard are imperative to building a successful business, but Christa stresses that success lies in having confidence in yourself. “There is no secret to success,” she
says. “It really is simple, but we get in our own way. Don’t be afraid to be authentic and show others what USANA means to you.”

Lydia Yi Chun Yuan didn’t quite know what the future held for her. “My financial situation was troubling, and I was also having some health issues. I was very worried,” she explains. “Hopeless,
basically.” That fear seemed to disappear, however, once she was introduced to the USANA way of life.
In the last four years, Lydia has built a solid business based on USANA’s message that you are meant to love life and live it, your way. “My family, friends, and teammates all lead wonderful lives full of health
and financial freedom. We don’t just dream of better things in life—we have it,” she says.
Lydia’s business has been growing at a steady pace, right in line with USANA corporate. “We are a fast-growing company,” she says. “To be a part of the growth is a dream come true.”

Shan Shan Yu’s advice is simple and direct. “Don’t be shy or afraid to talk to people about USANA,” she shares. “The message you are sharing with others is truly one of health and freedom. You could be the person that helps them discover new possibilities in their life.”
Yu has found great success as a USANA Associate, and she encourages others to avoid becoming discouraged when things may not appear to be going their way. “As long as you don’t give up on working hard, you will be rewarded. It may seem like your accomplishments are small in the beginning, but gradually they will begin to snowball and your dreams will come to fruition,” she says.
Yu’s hopes and dreams for the future are big, but she looks forward to fulfilling them, along with helping her teammates find their own success. “It is important for a team to work together and, by doing so, you can accomplish great things.”

“We have experienced life as employees, freelancers in a traditional business, and as entrepreneurs in USANA. After experiencing all three of these roles, we can say with certainty that USANA is the best decision we have made, and it has become our life project. We are very grateful God has brought USANA into our lives and we have been given the opportunity to have a high-quality life with our son.”
“USANA has not only helped me create many new friendships, it has also instilled a new level of confidence within myself. Thanks to this company, you can learn many new things and change your life. ”
“We have the best company and products, so never, ever, ever, ever give up. It takes personal development, daily consistent action, and hard freaking work! You will get there. For some it happens fast, but for some it takes time. I am very grateful to those who helped me achieve Gold, specifically my teammates and my mentor, 1-Star Diamond Director, Michael Callejas.”
“Nothing worth having is ever easy. Working toward something priceless will ensure your hard work is well worth it. My journey with USANA has been just under three years, and it has been so worth it! Surrounding myself with a great support system has been key to my success. That, combined with world-class mentoring and coaching, has been an amazing gift. Thank you, USANA!”
