TAKING CARE OF YOUR BUSINESS CORPORTE CREDIT CARD

Before signing or using your card, please make sure that you read the 'Card member Agreement'. This will help you understand your

card better and make the best use of it. Please refer HDFC Bank website for more details.

After reading the Cardmember Agreement, sign on the signature panel on the reverse of your card with a non-erasable ballpoint pen

(Preferably black)

Keep your card in a prominent place in your wallet, so that you will notice any loss/damage at the earliest. Do not leave your card

unattended at any time.

Please make sure that you do not bend or expose your card to Electronic devices, gadgets or sunlight. Also make sure that you do not

scratch your card's magnetic strip and the chip or expose it to magnets and magnetic fields such as handbag clasps, TV sets, speakers,

etc.

This card is for your exclusive use. Do not surrender your card to anyone even if they claim to represent the Bank.

Do not disclose your Personal Identification Number (PIN) to anyone. Once you receive your PIN through mail, memorize it and destroy

it as soon as possible. We recommend that you change your PIN to a number of your choice at any one of our ATMs, at the earliest.

Always carry the telephone numbers of our 24-Hour Customer Call Centre, in case of an emergency.

To replace or terminate your HDFC Bank Business Corporate Credit Card, please send a written request to The Manager – Customer

Services, HDFC Bank Cards Division along with your destroyed Credit Card. Please destroy by cutting the card diagonally at least once

through the magnetic strip.

If card is lost or stolen within India, please report the loss to our 24-Hour Customer Call Centre immediately.

Please quote your 16-digit card number in all your letters to us. You can address them to The Manager-Customer Services, HDFC Bank

Credit Cards Division, P.O. Box No: 8654, Thiruvanmiyur P.O., Chennai 600 041.

When your card has expired, please cut it across diagonally before disposal

Verified By VISA (VBV) / MasterCard SecureCode is a service from VISA/ MasterCard SecureCode and HDFC Bank that let you shop

online securely with your existing VISA / MasterCard credit cards by means of a protect your online transactions just like you use

your PIN at the ATM. Registration for VBV VISA / MasterCards is mandatory for online transactions. Visit our –www.hdfcbank.com to

register.

USING YOUR CARD

1. When you make a purchase, present your HDFC Bank Visa / MasterCard Business Corporate card at the Merchant Establishment.

2. The chargeslip generated contains the amount that will be billed to your card. If you wish to leave a tip or any extra charge, you can do so,

on the same chargeslip.

3. Please check and confirm that the details filled in the chargeslip are correct and that it is totalled to prevent any alteration.

4. Never sign an incomplete chargeslip. Make sure that your card is always in your presence during the transaction. Sign in the space

provided on the chargeslip or on the bill (in some cases).

5. Your signature on the chargeslip must match the signature on the reverse of your card.

6. After signing, the merchant will give you a copy of the bill(s) and the chargeslip. Re-check the amounts and do not forget to collect your

card before leaving the Merchant Establishment.

7. Remember to retain the bill and check the amount in the chargeslip against the amounts mentioned in your card billing statement.

8. If you suspect any fraud, contact us at our 24-Hour Customer Call Centre immediately.

9. If your card is an International enabled card, the card can be used in India and around the world, except for foreign currency

transactions in India, Nepal and Bhutan. If you make any transactions outside India, it should be in accordance with the Exchange Control

Regulations of the Reserve Bank of India. If you violate any of these regulations, you will be liable for action under the Foreign Exchange

Management Act of 1999 (FEMA).

10. If your card is an International disabled card, your card can only be used in India. All International transactions - POS, E-corn & ATM will

be blocked.

11. To activate international option, contact 24-Hours Customer Call Centre immediately.

12. Your Credit Limit is the total limit assigned to your Card Account for usage, including the usage of Add-on Cards, if any.

13. While making the payment of your statement balance, please ensure that the clear funds are credited to HDFC Bank Card Account on or

before the Payment Due Date.

14. Ensure to pay a least the Minimum Amount Due every month, to enjoy all benefits of the card.

UNDERSTANDING YOUR MONTHLY STATEMENT

Your monthly statement is a record of all transactions during a particular month. You should check the amounts stated in it with all the

chargeslips or bills and make sure that they are correct. Any discrepancies should be immediately brought to our notice by calling our 24-Hour

Customer Call Centre.

TERMS USED IN THE MONTHLY BUSINESS CORPORATE CREDIT CARD STATEMENT

Cardmember's Name and Number

Your name as it appears on the Card along with your exclusive 16-digit Credit Card number.

Statement Date The date on which your monthly statement was generated.

Payment Due Date The date by which payment needs to be received by the Bank.

Purchase and Debits This is the sum total of all retail/cash transactions incurred by you during your statement period. This is also includes the fees.

Finance Charges This is the charge that is applicable to Cash Advances and Revolving Credit Facility.

Payments/Credits These are the details of payments made by you/credits received during the month prior to the statement date.

Minimum Amount Due This indicates the minimum payment amount that you need to make on your Card Account. The Minimum Amount Due is calculated at 5% of your total dues with a minimum payment criterion of Rs.200. Please note that you have the option to pay any amount higher than the minimum amount up to an amount equal to total dues. it also includes the amount in excess of the Credit Limit in case of over limit accounts and amount past due if any.

Credit Limit This is the maximum amount that you can avail on your Credit Card Account.

Available Credit Limit This is the amount available for purchases as on statement date.

Available Cash Limit This is the amount available for cash withdrawal as on statement date.

Transaction Details All purchases that have taken place in India and abroad are listed in this section. It covers the date on which the transaction took place, the name/reference of the Merchant Establishment, the city in which the transaction took place and the transaction amount. The statement will also show the currency in which the transaction took place in case of a transaction done in foreign currency. Please check your chargeslips against the amounts appearing in your statement and report any discrepancies immediately to us.

Opening Balance This refers to the amount, which has been carried forward from the previous months.

PAYING YOUR BUSINESS CORPORATE CREDIT CARD BILLS

Through ATMs

Walk into select HDFC Bank ATMs in India, at any time, and deposit your Credit Card payment by cash or cheque. If you have an account with HDFC Bank, all you have to do is transfer the bill amount from your Savings or Current Account to your Credit Card Account, using our select ATMs Standing Instructions

If you have an account with HDFC Bank, you can give a written instruction to automatically debit a pre-determined percentage of your monthly outstanding to your Credit Card Account. However, your account with HDFC Bank should be a sole account or a joint account with an ‘any’ or “either” signing mandate. Over the Counter

You can also make your payment by cash at any of the HDFC Bank branches in India, by quoting your exclusive 16-digit Card Number. Drop Box Option

You can make your Credit Card payment by cheque, quoting your 16-digit Credit Card Number, and drop the cheque at any of our drop boxes in your city. These drop boxes are available at all HDFC Bank branches and ATMs. Please remember to detach the payment slip from the Statement and kindly attach the same to your payment. Through NetBanking

If you have an account with HDFC Bank, and you are registered for HDFC Bank NetBanking facility, all you have to do on the net is to transfer the

bill amount form your Savings or Current Account to the Card Account.

NETBANKING - REGISTRATION & FEATURES

If you are an existing HDFC Bank account holder and have already registered for NetBanking then you can register for the Online Credit Card

service

Steps to Register for NetBanking

Step 1: Login into NetBanking with your Customer ID and password

Step 2: Click on "Credit Cards" Tab

Step 3: Click on the "Register New Card" link on the left hand side.

Step 4: Enter your Credit Card number, expiry date and ATM PIN and click on "Submit"

If you do not hold a HDFC Bank account, you can still register yourself for NetBanking, using your credit card ATM PIN through a separate section

in the NetBanking login page.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS

Earn Rewards with your card*

• 4 Reward points for every Rs.150 spent on Air, Travel, Hotel, Restaurant or e-Commerce

• 2 Reward points for every Rs.150 spent on other spend categories

Reward points validity:

Reward points are valid only for 2 years from the date of accumulation. For Ex: - if you have received reward points in the month of May 2015, then

same will expire in May 2017

Fuel Benefit

• Enjoy 1% fuel surcharge waiver of up to Rs.250 per statement cycle, across all fuel pumps in India for transactions value between

Rs.400 and Rs.5000 T &C. *Reward points will not be accrued for fuel transactions. *Cash advance and other fee charges do not qualify for Reward Points. *EasyEMI and e-wallet loading transactions will not accrue Reward points. * Reward points accrued will be reversed if a retail transaction is converted into SmartEMI. * Reward points accrued for Insurance transactions will have a maximum cap of 2,000 per transaction. * Cash advance, fees and other charges do not accrue any reward points. * Transaction amounts less than Rs. 150 will not accrue any Reward Points. * Please note payment of at least Minimum Amount Due is required even if you are redeeming your Reward Points against outstanding on your Card Account.

ACCIDENT COVERS AIR ACCIDENT

Cover of INR 10 Lacs available to primary card holder

Cover is applicable in case the card holder shall sustain any air accident and suffer bodily injury resulting in death within 12 months of the accident.

ROAD/RAIL ACCIDENT

Cover of INR 3 Lacs available to primary card holder

Cover is applicable in case the card holder shall sustain any road/rail accident and suffer bodily injury resulting in death within 12 months of the accident

ACCIDENTAL HOSPITALIZATION EXPENSES

Cover of upto INR 25000 available to primary card holder

Cover is available for expenses incurred at a hospital for treatment following a road/rail accident. CREDIT SHIELD COVER:

Cover of upto INR 5 Lacs is available to primary card holder

In the event of accidental death or permanent total disability of the insured person the balance outstanding amount will be paid directly to bank/financial institution as per policy terms and conditions

AIR TRAVEL COVER: LOSS OF CHECKED BAGGAGE

Cover of upto INR 10000 on domestic flights and INR 15000 on International flights available to the primary card holder on loss of one or more baggage’s checked in by the card holder.

Reimbursement will be as per actual bill submission

Single any one item limit of INR 10,000 /- DELAY IN RECEIPT OF CHECKED BAGGAGE

Cover INR 5,000 on domestic flights and INR 10,000 on international flights to the primary card holder on delay in delivery of checked in baggage.

Cover is only applicable for delay beyond a period of 3 hours for international flight, 6 hours for connecting domestic flight and 12 hours for domestic flight

DELAY IN FLIGHT

Cover of INR 5,000 on domestic flights and INR 15,000 on international flights is available to the primary card holder

Cover available on delay of flights by more than 12 hours from scheduled departure

Maximum INR 500 per hour

HIJACKING

Maximum Cover upto INR 1,50,000 available to primary card holders for international & connecting domestic flights

Card holders are insured for INR 12,500 per hour on international flights and connecting domestic flights

Maximum Cover upto INR 1,50,000 available to primary card holders for domestic flights

Card holders are insured for INR 6,250per hour on domestic flights

Deductible – 24 Hours LOSS OF BAGGAGE & PERSONAL DOCUMENTS

Cover of upto INR 25,000 for Loss of Passport/Visa & International Travel Ticket upto INR 10,000 available to the primary card holder

The Company shall pay actual expenses incurred by the card holder for obtaining a duplicate passport/personal documents in the course of his/her air travel in event of a loss upto the limit mentioned above

Single any one item limit is INR 10,000 and deductible is INR 1,500 CASH IN TRANSIT (INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL)

Cover upto INR 40,000 with a deductible of INR 5,000 on each and every claim

In the event of loss of Money belonging to the business or profession of the Insured due to accident or misfortune happening during the currency of the Policy, the Company hereby agrees subject to the terms & conditions to pay the Insured the amount(s) of loss in the circumstances or situations as set out in the Schedule The insurance partner for the above is HDFC Ergo General Insurance Co. Ltd. and the customer needs to raise the claim directly with the insurance company.

Terms & Conditions Apply

All the above insurance covers are available to the Primary card holder.

All the above insurance covers will be available only after the card holder activates his/her HDFC Bank Corporate Credit Card with POS or an online transaction excluding disputed transaction within six months.

Air Accident & Travel Insurance cover will be activated if the tickets are purchased by using HDFC Bank Credit Card.

The above features and benefits are valid up to Dec 09, 2017

Fraudulent transactions done by person known to the cardholder are specifically excluded.

Insurance covers are not provided by HDFC Bank. Exclusions/Limitations are applicable as per the policies issued by the Insurance Company with whom the Bank has tied up.

Terrorism is specifically excluded under the policy.

Travel Insurance provided under the policy shall not be valid for procuring a visa.

The maximum age of insured person shall be 70 years.

Zero Lost Card Liability

In case you lose your card, please do not panic. The first thing to do is, call us at any of our 24-Hour Customer Call Centres and report the loss.

We will immediately block all transactions on your card and deliver a new card at a nominal charge. Any fraudulent transaction after reporting

the loss will be covered. Kindly make sure to file an FIR for the Lost/Stolen Card at the nearest police station and send us the acknowledgement

copy, along with a written confirmation to: The Manager - Customer Services, HDFC Bank Credit Cards Division, P.O. Box No. 8654,

Thiruvanmiyur P.O., Chennai - 600041. If you happen to recover the card after having reported it lost, please do not use it. Cut it into 4 pieces,

with at least once through the magnetic strip and chip, and return it to us with a letter.

In a situation where you need cash, just step into any one of our ATMs or member ATMs and withdraw cash up to 40% of your Credit Limit at a

very nominal charge (please refer to the Schedule of Charges available on the website)
