The OP / DA / Billet Connection

Collecting
• At this time information being collected:
– degrees (other than your qualifying degree)
– registrations
– certifications (not certificates)– additional licensures (beyond those tracked
to maintain your commission)
1st Step
• Instructions on How to Register Your Documents: – Click on https://dcp.psc.gov/cclogin/ccmislogin.aspx or go to the DCP
website and log on to the CCMIS– After you log on to the CCMIS, click on “Officer Profiles” on the left
hand side of the page under the Activity menu– Once you enter the Officer Profiles page, you can register two basic
types of documents: Training and/or Licensure/Certification. Click the “Add” button under the appropriate document type to register a document that will be submitted to your profile.
– Complete all the information requested then click on the “Submit” button.
– Your information will appear on the screen under the appropriate document type.
– You may continue to add documents, delete any record of the documents you have submitted, or log out of the system.
Next Step
• After registering documents they need to be primary source verified:
• Request that the college or awarding organization send an official transcript or validating document to:

Validation
All OP accomplishments must be Primary Source Validated by transcripts or other documents:
1. Received DIRECTLY from the awarding body2. If an unopened official envelope from the
awarding body is forwarded by the officer3. E-verification: The officer e-mails awarding body
link so that the OP Coordinator can validate the accomplishment thru website validation
4. The Awarding Body sends verification via e-mails to the OPS coordinator
Not Accepted
Primary Source Validation can not be based on:
1. Documents mailed by the officer (except in an envelope sealed by the awarding body)
2. Documents Scanned, faxed, or copied by the officer
3. Documents in an envelope from the awarding organization that has previously been opened
4. Documents attached or pasted into an e-mail by the officer
