(responsible with Director, Resources Branch, for successfully converting the South East Queensland Water Board (SEQWB) from a State Government statutory authority into a joint State/Local Government owned Corporations Law company. SEQWB is the bulk water provider to south-east Queensland and has assets of approximately $370M. The project involved full commercial, legal, taxation and industrial relations restructuring as part of an asset sale process. Also performed an asset revaluation and transfer process for two north-west Queensland pipeline companies and assisted with the corporatisation of SunWater)
