    Now September: build up of Application in terms of personalstatement and completion of entrance exams (UKCAT, BMAT) etc

    September October: Finalize application, collect transcripts andreferences, and register for BMAT

    OCTOBER 15 DEADLINE for medical application (not biomedical)Jan Feb: Interviews through face to face or skype

    For most high standard universities; SATs/ACT and minimum of 2 SATsubject tests.

    TOEFLs or IELTS for non native english speakers.

    Atleast 2 recommendation letters from teacher of science and othersubject.

    Fill in online application form that you find on Unis website

    High school transcript; each college will specify which records theywant. (list of classes taken, when and what grades received)

    At least a high 3. something G.P.A this is mainly Bs (in American gradingsystem)

    *Personal statement; extremely important, gives the admissions officersan idea of who you really are and whether you would be a perfect fit intotheir community.

    Important: theyll also want a financial statement from the bank, provingthat you have enough money to support you through the first year ofschool.

    There arent a lot of med schools in Qatar. Main one Weill Cornell

    You are required to complete highest level of education (A-levels)

    Graduation with outstanding merit (high standards; mostly Asand some Bs)

    SAT reasoning or ACT with writing and SAT subject tests arerecommended: Maths II and 2 other sciences.
