These types of facilities are used by governments for securing important files and information as well as companies for personnel information and a wide variety of things that need to be kept in a secure facility. These types of buildings usually have huge air conditioning systems to insure the computers and servers are kept from overheating and causing loss of data.

For your situation I recommend selecting a data center bigger than your current needs to allow for expansion without moving locations. I would also like to know the amount of servers you currently use to get a better idea of the size building needed as well as the electric and air conditioning needs to eliminate the outage problems you have encountered with your current servers. Then we would then need to link the servers to where you are the client so you can access the data over the network that we are putting out here in America. Also we will need to insure a proper maintenance crew is employed to keep maintenance up to date insure if outages occur their brief so no data is lost or computers malfunction.

To connect to your location efficiently I would connect to the main network this would keep access speed high with little to no lagging. This will be the most expensive part because the right equipment is needed to insure the network runs smooth. You also should consider doing a series of background information on possible employees depending on the nature of information you will be storing at this data center to prevent sales of information. If you are willing to still consider having a data center here I could get you rough estimates on buildings and equipment to get your facility started. Unit 7 Exercise 1 data center
